This is another great midtown coffee spot. A cozy cafe in an old brick warehouse has that cofeehouse feel you want on a weekend morning. I came in with friends on a Saturday and it was the right amount of busy but not loud and crowded. I ordered an iced Chai and it was pretty good. The spices seemed to settle at the botom of the cup but it was tasty. The cafe menu items look good, but I didn't see any GF options so I didn't get to try any.
Was visiting for the weekend and decided to stop by to get some work done!! It's a great vibe inside I'm glad i chose this spot as it had enough seats to get work done inside!! Everyone was helpful and nice taking the order
Roamer Coffee House is such a neat little spot. I absolutely adore their back patio during the warmer months, and the clean, airy aesthetic inside is super cute. The coffee itself is good, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a standout. That said, the staff is always friendly, service is quick, and I have an ongoing emotional attachment to their fig, brie, and ham sandwich. That sandwich single-handedly got me into brie, so credit where credit is due. The Caesar lettuce wrap, though (pictured)? I'm not sure what happened there. It was a little underwhelming and fell apart. Definitely did not match the energy of the sandwich.

We enjoyed an orange vanilla latte and a blueberry cold brew which was off of their specialty menu. They were both delicious iced. I will definitely be back with a book in hand to enjoy their patio with my dog!
We ordered a 16oz regular milk latte ($6.75) and almond milk with cinnamon powder ($7.50). Both delicious. There is a courtyard that is a shared space with the other businesses, perfect place to sip on coffee. They also have lots of seating options inside. I do think the almond milk latte is overpriced BUT I will be coming back.

Despite having a heavy clientele, the staff remains friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which really stands out. I love how spacious the space feels, especially with the beautiful back outdoor seating area. The plants throughout the café add a calming and cozy vibe, making it an ideal spot to work, meet up, or relax. There are also plenty of outlets spread throughout, so it is easy to plug in your devices without having to search for one. A thoughtfully designed coffee house that clearly values both comfort and quality.
Roamer just keeps getting better! The coffee was great as always. They added a breakfast burrito to the menu and I I have yet to see another coffee shop provide a fresh breakfast burrito on the menu at a reasonable price that is actually good. It was delicious and the salsa on the side made it even better. You can tell the owners really care about their customers and are consistently thinking about what they can do to keep improving. Last time I was here, I picked up the cinnamon coffee syrup for my at home coffee and it was great as well. Today is also a hot day and the AC is pumping with great music! Love it! Make sure to checkout the outdoor patio when you come!
I already miss this coffee shop - the drinks were absolutely delicious. I genuinely enjoyed everything we ordered: the Cloud Nine (a marshmallow matcha), an iced eggnog flat white, and a hot campfire latte. My favorites are listed in that exact order. The matcha had a strong, authentic flavor, and the marshmallow balanced it out perfectly without overpowering it. The barista was incredibly kind and even offered to add more eggnog to the flat white, which we happily accepted - so delicious. The campfire latte was also so nice and made me feel warm and cozy with every sip. All of the drinks were reasonably priced, which made the experience even better. The vibe inside was cozy and inviting, with beautiful natural light from the windows and a spacious layout. It feels like a great spot to get some work done or catch up with a friend. I would absolutely recommend this coffee shop and can't wait to come back when visiting Reno.
Wonderful place with a good selection of coffees, teas and smoothies. A small menu is available of sandwiches and pastries. Friendly staff and quick service. Chairs and tables are available along with takeout.

I always get their cloud nine which is matcha with marshmallow syrup. I ordered it and it sadly confirmed what I saw when I walked in, either they're using less matcha powder or downgraded their matcha :( For almost 9 dollars I would expect better! Hopefully this was just a bad day.
I love the Roamer location in Sparks and this one is just as great! Very cool spot located in the midtown/downtown area. We stopped in here right before closing. We were so lucky and they were so nice to serve us just minutes before closing. Huge shout out to the two nice young women for doing that for us. We ordered two matchas. Each was good. I love their syrups that they use here. Since it was close to closing time, their weren't many pastries left, but my brother did pick up a chocolate croissant and really enjoyed it. This location has been several different coffee shops over the last decade, but Roamer is a hit. Would recommend!
Food was really good! I bought the bacon breakfast burrito! Coffee was so good I bought 2. Iced latte caramel & coconut syrup. The service overall was great! Very friendly! Ambiance was good. It was pretty busy but I got my food & drink quick. No long waits. Very clean place.
I originally stopped by Roamer's to grab a coffee to go, but once I stepped inside and looked around, I ended up staying for a bit. The whole space feels inviting and relaxed, with comfy leather seating in the back, a little desert-inspired character, and art work that makes it a nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee. I especially liked seeing local art displayed on the walls that was available for purchase. I ordered the Aloha White Chocolate Mocha with macadamia, which was sweet and packed with flavor. I also grabbed a warm croissant that paired nicely with the coffee. They have a seasonal menu too, so there were plenty of creative options to choose from. I didn't notice the Brie, fig and ham panini until after I ordered, so now I have a reason to come back and try it. Definitely looking forward to another visit! read more
A fresh coffee house in the old Mackabee Office Supply building. Interior shows some of the original supports. Along with the Wide windows to watch the busy street! Surrounded by fitness places there were lots of after workout people enjoying the calm surroundings. Lattes were well made at a a drinkable temperature. Asked for real cups and they remade our drinks when they were placed in to go ones. Had the quiche of the day. Spinach and feta. Nice crust with phyllo dough. No seasoning in the actual egg part. They do have a condiment table for additional items. Husband had grilled cheese and he said it was ok!! read more

I already miss this coffee shop - the drinks were absolutely delicious. This was my first visit since the rebrand and the shop is still spacious and welcoming, but now with fun, western-themed merch. Ordered the seasonal strawberry matcha and it was pleasant but not a standout...it had a candy-strawberry flavor and the matcha flavor was weaker than my personal preference, but I did like it anyway. Fast friendly service and overall a very cute, local coffee shop! read more
Always come here if I need to focus on a project - they have the best seasonal lattes (just had one called strawberry fields and it was a strawberry matcha latte ) and even a food menu (my favorite is the ham Brie and fig panini yum). There's tons of seating and almost every table has an outlet even the bar counters and the sofa chairs in the back- great for computer work and charging all the gadgets. They close at 3 tho so don't do what I did and come at 1 thinking I have half a day to do work read more

Coffee is my happy drink and I love a good coffee shop to sit back and sip a cup with friends. Roamer has earned a spot on my Repeat Coffee Shop list. I ordered a Caramel Breve and a chocolate croissant. We opted to checkout the courtyard in the back and we're happy we did. The coffee did not disappoint but the croissant was average. read more
When I saw the sign outside change from Hand Craft to Roamer, I was so sad thinking another local treasure had gone out of business. On my visit today, I realized it's the same owners and delicious coffee with new branding. I highly recommend trying my favorite sandwich, the Brie, ham and fig. I love trying out their seasonal lattes as well...I have yet to try one that isn't delicious! The coffee is exceptional quality and the flavoring is never overpowering or too sweet. Also, this is the cutest spot to sit for a coffee date or go out to the spacious courtyard when the weather permits. Love all the plants and decor! We had great service today and I appreciated the update from our cashier that the business is still locally owned by a husband and wife team. This place is so cute! The decor, the merch, the plants--all great vibes! The staff was so nice, answered any questions I had! Great menu selection! I went with the pistachio latte and breakfast sandwich with sausage! Quick service and the quality was delightful! The sandwich bread was soft, tasted fresh and not like a frozen breakfast sandwich if you know what I mean! I would get again! The pistachio latte was delicious! Very first time having a pistachio latte and would get again! You can taste the nuttiness but it wasn't over powering and good level sweetness! I enjoyed it! read more

Easy access location with ample on-site parking. Beautiful, calm atmosphere and decor...lots of green plants. Interior seating was comfortable with a little lounge in the back. Happily, for a place emphasizing its coffee, Roamer has a nice range of loose leaf specialty teas. Food menu is a bit limited and the oatmeal was bland, but a nice range of bagels and pastries. Down a star because they serve tea lattes with the bag still in, so when you remove the bag, half the milk foam goes with it. I'd be fine waiting a few extra minutes for brew time before pick-up...really! Also (and not really their fault), their bathroom is shared with the building, and could have been cleaner. read more

Came in today to find that Hand Craft Coffee has a new name, but apparently all except the name is the same. Service was excellent today and the vibe was perfect with music playing in the background soft enough where I could still have a conversation with my daughter to catch-up. I wanted something sweet, so went with a Pistachio Latte. Only had one pump for just a hint of sweetness and it came out good. Great stop! read more

I've driven by this place for years and finally stopped in the other morning, I'm glad I did. Roamer Coffee House is the perfect spot to kick off your day or keep it going. In true cowboy spirit, it's a great place to grab a classic cup of joe, but don't be fooled, they offer a full range of espresso drinks too. Leaning into that Nevada aesthetic, the shop features plenty of old-Nevada and western-style art. A thoughtful local touch: they use locally made chocolate sauce for their mochas. We visited on a chilly November morning, and the barista couldn't have been more welcoming. They walked us through the seasonal offerings, including the Bananas Foster and Pumpkin Spice lattes. I do wish the Bananas Foster had a bit more banana flavor, but it was still good, I might just ask for an extra pump next time. Whether you're grabbing a quick morning coffee and pastry or settling in for a bit to get some work done, Roamer Coffee House is worth the stop. read more

This places is such a cool vibe! I love how it looks inside and I think their logo is so neat! They have good coffee and food but my favorite is the Brie ham and fig sandwich it is so delicious! It's gooey, and the ham and cheese go so well with the fig jam it's just so good all around! I also really like their golden latte as well! It is not terribly sweet and had very little bitter taste to their coffee (though, I understand some people like the bitter flavor, I tend to dislike it). Came to Hand Craft Coffee early on a Monday morning. Beautiful and newer building with charismatic and modern decor including fresh plants throughout the room and plenty of seating areas with tables. I had driven past this location multiple times - it is easy to miss. I personally had not seen it until my husband told me about it. The back patio in the building is also a perfect place to relax. I ordered one of their seasonal drinks, a Banana Mocha with an extra shot of espresso and the Turkey Pesto sandwich on a hot pressed sourdough. Coffee was strong and not too sweet. I dislike very sweet coffees, as I want my coffee to not be overpowered by sweeteners. The banana flavor did not overpower but was subtle and perfect. I was disappointed they did not have many sugarfree flavor options for those that cannot have sugar. The hot pressed Turkey Pesto sandwich was delightful. The cheddar with the turkey patty and egg with spinach and greens was just what I needed to start my day. Would highly recommend. There were two males working that morning. I did not feel that the service was as warm and friendly as other local coffee shops - but I would be willing to come back and given them another chance. I would like to return to try their Sugar & Spice specialty coffee and cold brew. read more
