Absolutely unacceptable experience…read more We called this towing company because someone was parked in our reserved parking space that we PAY for. This is already the 4th time this month we've dealt with someone taking our spot. Their driver arrived, hooked the vehicle up, and was ready to tow it. The owner came outside and was told the drop fee was $100. He said he only had $80, and somehow the driver decided $80 was good enough and released the vehicle. So apparently their own fees are negotiable depending on what someone has in their pocket? We immediately called the company because we wanted an explanation and asked to speak with a supervisor. They refused to provide a supervisor's phone number or email address and just told us someone would call us back. Meanwhile, we're the residents who actually PAY for the reserved space and were standing there needing somewhere to park. If your company is contracted to enforce private/reserved parking, residents should be able to depend on you to actually do that. I've also emailed the company and our apartment management because this needs to be addressed. I'm happy to update this review if management reaches out and provides a reasonable explanation or resolution.

No attitude, no BS, he asked for the address and said he was on his way. I had called a tow company in our town, and they picked up with just a "hello?" (no company name just hello) and then said it's too early to ask for someone to help with a lock out. The second which was dispatched by our insurance said he was 3-4hrs out so we cancelled him immediately. Mt Diablo was friendly and so fast with a very reasonable price! He had the truck unlocked in 5 minutes and my husband was able to get to his first job site of the day. It really means a lot to us who's business is also run on being responsive and showing up! I have a Tesla Model S which sits very low to the ground, and their flatbed tow truck had a breakaway setup specifically for low profile cars so there was no risk of scraping or ripping off the bumper. You can tell this is a family owned and operated towing company that truly cares about their customers. If you need towing service for a Tesla, EV, luxury car, or any low clearance vehicle in the East Bay, I highly recommend this company.
