Terrible service! They were super late to the point that we canceled the service and used a different and better company. When you call them, they keep saying they are coming but they are not. Had my dealer / warranty requisition a tow for me when I got a flat tire (side wall puncture). I had my car on the third level of a parking garage with a 7'8" clearance. We were able to make it the 5 miles (15 minutes) to the mechanic by stopping once to refill the flat tire with air. While I can reaffirm the other reviews' description of the wait time (mine was four hours from confirmation to arrival), the AT Towing team was prompt with their communication. Comms included a few texts for ETAs, followed by one call to the driver and finally a URL to live location tracking of the tow truck. We were lied to about when our truck would be picked up and delivered to the shop. Then we were told it would be delivered "first thing" in the morning and it was not there until 12:30pm. This company is not to be trusted and is not dependable. There was no communication between the tow company and us and they avoided us by not answering the phone when we tried to find out the status of the tow. read more

WARNING! As the wife of a former employee, I do not recommend anyone use AT Towing for their vehicle. They are not insured so if they cause damage to your car, you have to fight to try to get compensation from the owner. They pay their employees under the table if they pay at all! They pay no overtime and the employees have to buy fuel for the trucks on their own dime and hope they will get reimbursed. My husband worked there for over a month usually at least 8 or more hours in a day and almost every weekend as well. He received less than $2000 in pay for that time. Payday should have been yesterday and he has not received a penny. And don't get me started on how they treat their customers! read more

This is the absolute worst towing service imaginable. On two separate occasions my mother attempted to use their roadside service through Allstate and was left. I don't mean just left waiting for hours, I mean they actually stopped giving an ETA and never arrived--both times I had to go and get her myself and we had to arrange for other severed the following day. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Called for a tow at 9 AM this morning they were supposed to get it while I was in work, they said 30-60 minutes. 4 hours later I am off, a whole work shift and still nothing! I call at 1:50 PM the lady lied and said he is on his way. 40 minutes later still nothing so I call again she says he is 10 minutes away now, so then I know for a fact she is lying again!!! Went home waited until 4 when the tow truck driver calls and says he will be leaving in 5 minutes. Canceled and complained everywhere I could. Warning , don't use them . Had arrangement to pick up car from vacaville at 9.30 am to go to the bay area. No phone calls of explanation had to chase them for whereabouts of driver who ended up arriving at 12.30 . No apologies. Driver was rude yet seemed capable said he was given wrong house number , he loaded the car and we wanted to make sure of the address to take it , turned around and he was driving out , gone. My son who took the morning off to relieve the car was waiting, no car no contact, had to chase by phone ended up at the house at 4.30 pm Driver said he went on another call . Only plus was the driver was very helpful to get the car into the garage. A whole day of work lost when it should have been a few hours. Don't use them. read more

I completely agree with all the negative reviews before mine. I went through my insurance to get roadside assistance for a slow leak on my tire. I called at around 8:40 this morning, and the estimated time that someone would arrive to help me with 60 minutes. I tried to call the number provided to get an update and then it went to voicemail, followed up with a text message, "Hello, Please leave a text message with your name and inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you." I messaged them and no response. I followed up with my insurance to understand their ETA, they said it should be 30 more minutes. That came and went so I called again and they said it should be 20 more minutes. That has come and gone and now it is 12:15 PM and no word. Such a waste of time because I now have to call and cancel and get the process started all over again. I hope that insurance companies drop this place from assisting their clients. read more

The company/dispatchers are the stupidest people ever. The driver himself was so kind. They company and dispatchers kept lying about the time. I had used my insurance previously the day before for a tow and the tow truck came in an hour like they told insurance and insurance said. This company had me waiting 4 god damn hours! It's not the drivers fault it's the company for overbooking and lying! I told my insurance company to stop using these guys as a service provider because they way the company and dispatching is done is so ass backwards. Then after over 4 hours of waiting, my service is cancelled for no reason. Very disappointed. Our insurance company paid for towing and this company was dispatched. I was told the company would call to schedule a pickup but apparently they just sent someone immediately and I had to tell them that the vehicle wasn't ready to be picked up and nobody was there to get things out of the truck or with the keys. I told them it needed to be done that evening or between 7-8am the next morning before the crew goes to work and they told me it had to be according to their availability at 9:30-10am. When I told them I'd call back my insurance company because unfortunately that just doesn't work with our business schedule she told me she would confirm the time I needed. I questioned her to be sure that was actually going to happen and she said she can confirm it. Shocker....tow company is only showing up in 20 minutes...right at 9:40am. My crew had to leave for work, someone else had to help us with the keys...very disappointed. Don't lie to me in order to keep the job and then just do whatever you want without regard to someone's work schedule. This is a business. It isn't just because I'm trying to be so specific for fun. On another note the tow truck driver was very nice and polite but it became clear that confirming 7-8am was a lie the whole time. read more

Tried to call call rejected saying send text.Messaged them, barely got any reliable answer for why the tow was not here. they text back "checking" no other answer. Text after 11am "hello", no answer.
