No attitude, no BS, he asked for the address and said he was on his way. I had called a tow company in our town, and they picked up with just a "hello?" (no company name just hello) and then said it's too early to ask for someone to help with a lock out. The second which was dispatched by our insurance said he was 3-4hrs out so we cancelled him immediately. Mt Diablo was friendly and so fast with a very reasonable price! He had the truck unlocked in 5 minutes and my husband was able to get to his first job site of the day. It really means a lot to us who's business is also run on being responsive and showing up! Thank you so much for being there when we needed help most! Best Regards, Kristen _No Limit Concrete Pumping

Everyone was super kind, professional, and helpful during a very stressful situation. David was awesome, safe driver, courteous, great conversation, and clearly knew what he was doing. I have a Tesla Model S which sits very low to the ground, and their flatbed tow truck had a breakaway setup specifically for low profile cars so there was no risk of scraping or ripping off the bumper. That alone gave me peace of mind. They towed me from Walnut Creek to the Antioch/Brentwood border and made the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell this is a family owned and operated towing company that truly cares about their customers. If you need towing service for a Tesla, EV, luxury car, or any low clearance vehicle in the East Bay, I highly recommend this company. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. I can't recommend them enough.

His communication and explanation was great from his arrival time all the way through to making sure I was all god to go prior to parting ways. I hope to never have car issues in SF again, but if I ever do, best believe he's gonna be at the top of my call list. Thanks Roberto for coming to my rescue!

What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He even suggested an alternative option he thought might work better before towing, which I really appreciated. Everything he says on his Yelp page is completely true. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here. Thank you again, Roberto!

Tuan and BD Towing: Angels in Disguise…read more I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from BD Towing, and especially their driver, Tuan. I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. Thank you, Tuan and BD Towing, for saving the day! BTW, Tuan just happened to drive by, CalTran and none of the other tow guys showed up LOL. Faith in humanity restored! (See attached photo of our rescue.)

We've been parking there all the time never an issue never a warning never nothing and here again today, they just towed my vehicle. I can't keep playing these back-and-forth games and I am tired of the harassment.. this company needs to either go under or do better because you are a terrible and shady shady business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The manager has never actually at the office and never actually does her job. I'm sick of it. Stop harassing me and leave me in my vehicle vehicles alone, especially when they're permitted and parked in spots that they're allowed to be in every time, it's some kind of game with these people don't ever do business with this company.
