I had noticed my nails were lifting after getting my nails filled by Hannah, I went back in to see what could be done. After describing the situation, and how the lift was catching my hair when I washed it. She said I was lifting my own nails. I may have laughed out loud because who pays $60+ then does that a week later. Anyway, quality and class are not found with Hannah or at that lackluster salon. This place was so much better when the real Jackie owned it because she was professional, caring and provided superb quality. When I arrive, she immediately filed down my nails, only to then let me know afterwards that she didn't have the proper dip she needed, she didn't have enough time to do a full set, and that I would actually only be able to get a fill, which is the same cost as the full set I wanted. she still had a full hour and a half, and i already had told her exactly what i wanted, so i was extremely frustrated and left immediately, with my nails looking significantly worse than when i arrived. really unprofessional. wouldn't recommend to anyone. also the salon itself was messy with boxes of food everywhere. not very appealing.

This was my first visit, and the staff seemed friendly at first. Unfortunately, the technician who serviced me appeared rushed throughout the entire pedicure. They cut one of my nails too deeply, causing it to bleed. I had to ask them to stop because I was concerned about being injured further. I came in looking forward to a relaxing experience with my best friend, but instead felt rushed through the service and left with dry feet, a bleeding toe, and a pedicure that looked poorly done. The quality of the work was nowhere near what I expected. I was honestly shocked that I paid for a service that left me disappointed and uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.
