$75, TWO AND A HALF HOURS, and a bleeding toe?! I asked for a gel mani/pedi and it came with complimentary bumps, lines and bubbles. There was no way I was going to ask to fix it either because then I'd have been there til the cows came home. My toe is still hurting, and is this place even sanitary?! I should've taken my ass back to Seattle and gone to my usual place read more

My daughter went here for a pedicure with friends. First of all, a basic pedicure cost $40, which is more than anywhere else I've gone. Secondly, the polish was super chipped and completely coming off her toes after only 3 days! My polish at home lasts longer than that. I took her back in and kindly asked if they could repaint since she'd spent her own money on the pedicure. It would have taken them 10 minutes, but instead I was told they don't guarantee it and refused to do anything. We will definitely not be back. read more

First experience here but very close to my house so thought I would give it a try. They did great today. I made an appt, got right in. Janet was my technician and she was sweet and very thorough. The salon is pretty large with a lot of people so I'm sure results can vary. I got a gel mani with pedicure. Both were very nice. In fact, after the pedi, I was so sleepy and was almost falling asleep and she gave me a pillow and encouraged me to nap while she worked! It was a little pricey for the gel nails ($30) pedi was pretty standard at $25 but they do use hot stones. So far, one of the better places I've been in the tri-cities and will likely be back and ask for Janet. read more

My nails were good, but I was charged for a full set when I only got a fill. Not to mention the total I was told I was paying plus the tip I left was not the total that showed up on my credit card bill. Total scam artists. read more

I am visiting pasco to see family, to add some context I am African American. I came to this salon with my sister in law who so happens to be white. We both went to get pedicures with gel polish and picked the same color because we wanted to match. We both sat down on the pedicure chairs and told the lady we wanted this color in gel. She says okay to my sister and proceeds to look over to me and go "are you sure? It's gonna be 15 dollars more" I found this very offensive. Would not recommend this place. I then noticed both of our pedicures were extremely different to where mine was very rough and painful, hers was a lot more favorable. Will not ever attend this salon again, if I could give zero stars I would. read more

Best overall pedicure I've had. Great attention to detail, massage, nail shape, polish selection and application. clean, modern, easy communication. I'm a hairdresser and have had many pedi's to compare with. Price is fair for the quality of work but they are on the higher side so be prepared. read more

If I could I could give it zero stars I would. I got my nails done about a week ago and a half ago (less) it already looks like I need a fill. My pinky nail broke 2 days after I got my nails done trying to open my trunk. Went in again because I had to get it fixed cause I was going out of town and they charged me 6 dollars while the set costed 50 dollars for GEL. Then yesterday my middle finger nail broke. Ridiculous. Never coming back again. Typically the nail places I go to have thicker gel on the nail bed is what I meant I wasn't gonna go in detail by detail, but since people think their funny ‍ the gel is chipping on the bed of my nail because of how thin it is and considering I wear gloves while washing dishes says a lot on how they do their job ! read more

I really enjoyed my experience here! The employees I talked to knew very good English, communicated and made nice conversation. I highly recommend Minh because he was nice, gentle, and did a great job. He was willing to answer questions and explore colors. I only got a full set, but will be back for a fill. read more

I went to this salon with my mom on Wednesday last week and got my nails done by Sunday all the polish had come off my nails so now my mom is out $43 I don't want them to fix it because it might happen again read more

I went to get a pedi and it was horrible! There is still dead skin at the bottom of my feet and on my toes. I went because I was told they use single use products which is a lie, and there was blood on my towel. I should have known to just leave because I wasn't even done picking a color before I was herded to the chair. Also, if you like pain you'll have a great time and want to get scolded by hot water come to this spot. Kenny is the good if he takes his time. read more

I love Road 68 Nails! I've been going here for about a year now. I used to always go to Tyler but he left recently, so I decided to try out Kenny. He made me feel super comfortable and had nice conversations with me as he was working. He was very polite and told me to let him know if there's anything I don't like and to not be shy, because if I'm not happy then he's not happy. I loved that and I've always had great experiences at this salon. They follow all the new trends and do amazing work. I always walk out of here feeling confident with beautiful nails. Kenny is my new go-to nail guy! Thank you guys for being awesome 24/7! read more

The salon is close to my home so I thought I would give them a chance. My nail technician was Minh and he was very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, they don't have all of their gel colors up front so you have to walk to the station where they have them. So I did, and I was looking at the colors I thought I wanted to do one so I grabbed it & I dropped it (my bad though I take responsibility for that) and it shattered. We then had an employee come up to us and tell us that we could not touch those that's why they have the color wheels, mind you we had been looking at these colors for a good 10 minutes, and I said well you obviously have more colors since the color I chose wasn't on the wheel I then noticed my foot was bleeding and asked for a cleaner and they asked me to go sit down. I have never been so upset and had such horrible customer service in my life. I will not return here ever. I should've listened to my best friend when she stopped coming here months ago. read more

My daughter's eyes were burnt last summer when having her brows done at Road 68 Nails. Kenny offered her to return for a refund or "any other service" of her choice, when she visited Pasco again. Unfortunately he didn't stand by his word. We are very disappointed!! I would never have suggested that our daughter return for "only a $10 credit" which was offered today. We will never return and hope no other young girls get their eyes burnt there. read more

Road 68 Nails - Both eyelids significantly burned at Road 68 Nails. Never again! - Nail Salons Near Me - Pasco, Washington

I have been going to this place since I moved to the tri-cities 3 years ago. Every time I would love my nails. This past Friday I went to get my nails done for my wedding (the next day) with my out of state relatives. Everything was going good until Tyler (Name on his name tag) started to tell me that I wouldn't be able to afford what I wanted it. I told that I didn't mind paying that amount. He then started to raise his voice and give me an ugly look. That's when I had had it with the man and just stopped what he was doing. I did not want to make a scene because there was more people but i felt so frustrated and attacked. I have never had this type of rude and disrespectful customer service. The other employees saw and said nothing. I am never coming here again. read more

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! After receiving a acrylic fill on 11/14/2019 I ended up in the emergency room for a nail infection. I called the store to speak with that manager, while talking he told me that he would give me a voucher. When I went to talk to him about the nail infection and to ask for a nail refund, he told me that I was never in his shop and that I didn't have proof of the nail infection(which I had my visit statements for Kadlec for him to look at) the sanitation here is horrible but what's even worse is their customer service. read more

Sometimes you go and leave happy with nails you love and sometimes you leave unhappy with nails you're stuck with for 3-4 weeks :( wish it was consistent.. I came here for a fill after hearing great things. I had an appointment and ended up waiting 20 minutes to be seen. I asked for a simple design and the man doing my nails (older, not kenny) rudely told me I could only do the design with gel. I declined and he rolled his eyes. I ignored it, until I asked for a small diamond in the corner of my nail, he got upset and told me I couldn't do anything but regular polish since I'm not doing gel and that they won't stay. (Literally every other place I've been to does diamonds on any service, gel or not) I left his station and one of the ladies working over heard and sat me down and did diamonds on my nails. Over 3 weeks later and the diamonds are still in place The whole time he was shouting out to his coworkers and rolling his eyes at me. Never going back again read more

This salon was previously managed by Tina. Come to find out that she's "moved" and there's new management. I decided to still give it a try.. Worst mistake EVER! The guy who did my pedi was extremely rough with my feet! He didn't ask what I wanted and starts cutting my toe nails. I normally file them shorter. He also trimmed my skin around the toes so short that they started bleeding! This was just the worst pedicure I have ever had and will NOT be returning to this place! read more

I went in for a pedicure with my sister one day, they are great with walk-in clients. The man did a great job with my toes but then during my pedicure some odd things happened. Out of no where the women doing my sisters pedicure randomly started slapping my sisters foot. It took a lot not to laugh, soon after some person is the back started hacking up a lung or they we're puking I'm not 100% sure. When the man was ready to paint my toes he had a women come and paint my toes instead. Later was I informed that she didn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom before painting my nails...I wasn't pleased. Finally I was waiting for my toes to dry under the dryer, then I was distracted by two employees laughing extremely loud on their phones on the sofa while FaceTimeing a woman. They did a great job on my pedicure but various odd things happened, my sister and I still laugh about what we experienced at Road 68 Nails. read more
