I had noticed my nails were lifting after getting my nails filled by Hannah, I went back in to see what could be done. After describing the situation, and how the lift was catching my hair when I washed it. She said I was lifting my own nails. I may have laughed out loud because who pays $60+ then does that a week later. Anyway, quality and class are not found with Hannah or at that lackluster salon. This place was so much better when the real Jackie owned it because she was professional, caring and provided superb quality. Be forewarned!!! Don't get Gel polish unless you don't mind your own nails getting ruined in the removed process. I had gel polish on my fingers and toes a few weeks ago and they turned out good and lasted but today when I went to have the gel polish removed they did a terrible job. They sanded them off with the electric sander and left them all bumpy so they new nail polish job looked terrible. I complained so they sanded more which improved them a little bit still they cared like I was being too picky. I left without having them remove the gel from my fingers. I don't want them sanded of and ruin my finger nails too. They have new help that doesn't speak english so it's very hard to communicate. I'm so disappointed! read more

Mine lasted 15 minutes and I sat there waiting for my daughter for over an hour!!! He has no business doing pedicures and charging $50!! I will never be back and I will tell everyone why!!! Worse mani/pedi I've ever had. Used dremel tool to removal gel from nails. Bad job cleaning up cuticles. Came home with a bloody toe and the nail tech did not stop talking to her co-workers or answering the phone/texts the entire time. I will never go back. Horrible, expensive experience. read more

Terrible service. My minor sister got her nails done here. They charged her and then changed the charge the next day to give themselves a 25% tip instead of the 15% she originally gave them. The bank could see both postings the day before and the day after. Do not go here. The new management that took over is taking advantage of people. read more

I went in for a mani/ pedi and they turned out great. I also got lash extensions but they were AWFUL! I was in so much pain after (keep in mind I have had lash extension before from another place and they didn't hurt at all) as soon as I got home a few sections were already falling off. The lash tech glued the lashes to my eyelid and not to my actual lashes. She also did not use real lash extensions she used the little section ones you can buy at Walmart and glued those on. They lashes didn't even follow my lash line they were straight :( I was in so much pain after I just wanted to leave and had someone else remove them the same day, that lash tech said it was the worst lash job she has ever seen. It is now the following day, and my eyes are still in so much pain. Bummer! I hope she doesn't really hurt someone!! read more

I used to go to Jackie's nails all the time when I lived near by. I loved them!! I was in the area last week, and decided to stop in for a full set gel. I immediately got a bad vibe from the place. They weren't as friendly as they were previously, and it felt at though they were in a rush, even though the place was slow. My nails were all uneven lengths and they didn't shape them very well at all. The skin around my nails was SO dry for three days afterwards. And then, 4 days later they all started popping off. I guess they didn't bond them to my nails very well. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the salon I once loved. I would unfortunately not recommend this place anymore. read more

I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old I am now 29 and this is the worst place I've ever been hands down. One day in and two of my nails already completely broke off. Very polite, friendly and clean. My husband brought in frozen yogurt and they were sweet about it. But, expensive! Paid $50 for acrylic almond shaped with heart design that came out pretty crooked square and not round and not clean. She did offer FREE rhinestone because even she noticed the bad job. My first time here, not too shabby. I was a little concerned at first that it wasn't going well, but I was pleasantly surprised. I always hope for a great foot and leg massage. She delivered! I only wish it lasted longer. But that's the case no matter what. ;) My pedicure and painting turned out great! Right now they're run a special of 20% off of all services. So a regular pedi is $25 before the discount. The chairs are nice and brand new with a comfortable massage. The staff is nice. The only thing I would change is that the paints are in a shelf that has fluorescent lights as the edging. Makes it hard to see the colors on the perimeter. All I all, great job! I love that this place is right next to Brews because while my husband is drinking beer I can go get my mani/pedi and meet up with him afterwards! It is also opened later than normal businesses so that is perfect for those of us who work. A negative is if they are busy- they rush big time on your pedicure and you barely get a foot massage. I liked everything about this place. They are clean, weren't very busy, and were priced relatively fairly ($25 for a basic pedicure). They use these inserts for the tubs when you get a pedicure that comforted me. You know they're clean, then! They hand you a menu that you can pick the service you want (different levels of pedicures, etc.). The only reason I give four and not five stars is I wish the leg and foot massage would have been a little more intense. I get it though, these girls do it all day long. Their hands get tired! The gal next to me got Seahawk colored nails with the hawk eye on her toe and it turned out just like the picture on her phone she showed the tech. So far so good. My mom and I just got done at Jackie's nails and they are awesome! It was our 1st time there for a girl's morning out together. My mom got a manicare/ pedicure and I got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. Our experience there was fantastic! This place is super clean with very nice décor, The staff working this morning are extreamly nice, super respectful and very friendly too. Kathy was fantastic!!! I went on a Tuesday morning. No customers there so my daughter and I were the only ones there. I had a new (younger) girl work on my fill. She's worked on my daughter before, but this was the first time for me. This was the most painful fill I have ever had. She was in a hurry I guess or there was a race she was competing in. I was burned on every one of my fingers - around the cuticles and under the finger nails. It's been over a day and I'm still very sensitive with the sides of my fingers and under the nail. Very disappointed. I jerked my fingers several times back every time she burned my fingers and I told her it was getting too hot. She was pressing on the rheostat like she was trying to finish the fastest in the shop. She tried explaining that she has to clean up and I understand there was excess glue that another person (in the same shop did 2 weeks before) I'm not sure what she was trying to tell me the reason for the speed and the pain was for, but pain was not what I was expecting. She just asked me if I was happy with the shape which I was. But...Not sure I want to go back. read more

This is where I usually come to get my nails done I was always very happy with the work. The last few times I've come in my nails were done poorly; I kept returning because I have had positive experiences here in the past but this last time was the worst, I asked for stiletto nails and they came out terribly. They literally look like pistachio shells. They're crooked and bumpy and there's seriously nothing redeemable about them. Then at the end instead of putting me under the UV lamps to dry she just lowered the light she had been using to do my nails with and said "wait five minutes" before taking off (as in leaving for the day). Salon was clean but service was horrible. I scheduled an appointment and then was told I'd have to wait 10-15th minutes, that was minor compared to how I was treated. I went in for a gel mani, I told the girl to trim my nails and file square, she didn't trim them and filed them round. I told her they were too long and then she threw the file down, grabbed the nail clippers and basically chopped my nails off all the way to the skin and tried to file them even shorter, there was no nail left to file. I tried to tell her that I asked her to trim them but all she did was speak in whatever language they speak, not once ever talking to me. I left before she finished. read more

The line was sideways I had several air bubbles in my nails I came back so they could redo them and they still came out with air bubbles and brown spots all over my nails AGIAN. My very best friend and her sister went to this place to get their nails done while visiting my mom. My mom recommended them because she had gone several times. After using DIRTY tools (yuck!) and doing an awful job, my friend politely asked them to fix it and was told no. She was to pay and leave.
