AMAZING COMPANY!!!! This is by far the best moving company I have EVER run across! From the beginning Ryan was wonderful to work with. He came by our home to give us an estimate, was flexible with our moving date when our new home wasn't ready on our original moving date, and offered several helpful tips to ease our moving experience. On the day of our move Ryan and his crew were absolutely fantastic... I called them my "miracle workers!" I became sick (we moved during cold/flu season) and was unable to finish packing our house. This was not a problem for Ryan and his wonderful movers! They packed up the remaining portion of our house and moved our entire home on the same day! To see the crew work was like watching a highly skilled team, they all worked together and moved in sync with one another. They moved our home as if they were moving their home... each piece of furniture was wrapped and protected, every individual small item was wrapped and placed in a box, even the floors and wall corners at each home were protected. Once they were at our new home their "amazing-ness" did not stop! They put all of the boxes in whatever room we wanted them in, they re-assembled the furniture, they even put together the kids toys. I did a lot of research before choosing RL Relocation. Save yourself the time and stress and use them for your move. Brooke & Ryan are the owners and they do a good job of easing your mind. They answered all my questions, provided a fair quote and were easy to communicate with. They are worth the extra money, I found their rates to be competitive and I believe you get what you pay for. I had 100% trust in their abilities to get the job done and for my family, that is important. On the day of the move, they showed up with five movers, packed my kitchen and closets and the entire truck up in less than 4 hours. I even had artwork and a heavy video arcade game that they managed to take care with care which is important for those specialty fragile items. I made a request for boxes today. It's a holiday, so understandably, he was not able to come through with helping me. I would have been okay with a "no," But what happened today is not okay with me. This man called me (after having already said no), so for no other reason than threatening my life, calling me the C word repeatedly... while screaming at the top of his lungs. It was terrifying. He threatened to call the police on me for giving him some feedback about his professionalism after he LAUGHED at me for my same day request. My feedback was polite at first, but when he retorted with more unprofessionalism, calling me the F word and C word, I admittedly called him and his family company a dick... which I don't believe is against the law. I literally called the police and filed a report in Van Nuys because I'm scared for my safety. The amount of aggression in his voice and his quickness to FLY OFF THE HANDLE leads me to believe this is not the first time this has happened. THIS MAN IS NOT STABLE. read more

The guys that came and picked up my stuff were very good, and caring. Now I have moved from Kansas City, Mo to Schenectady, NY and I was told originally that my stuff would take 7-10 business days by a Priority Home Relocation LLC the 3rd party. My price jumped drastically, because Priority Home Relocation LLC party was not good at estimating or maybe asking the right questions. Now with that said they picked up my stuff on December, 6th 2020, it is now January 21st, 2021 my stuff is still setting in a warehouse in Des Moines, IA. They do not have a driver lined up, nor even an estimate of delivery. I was told on 01/07/21 there was a driver assigned and to call back 01/11/21 to follow up on status. This was told to me by R L relocation LLC the company that Priority Home Relocation LLC is using as a 3rd party. I made the call and was told the truck was not loaded yet and to call back. I called today 01/12/21 and I have now been told there is no driver. Will update more on this saga. read more

First my sister and family moved, and they loaded from 2 different storage units then came to the house and loaded there and were totally accommodating about the timeline getting their trucks from California to Washington. They unloaded meticulously and carefully into multiple places, into a mobile storage unit at their new house and into a shed and inside the house too, taking directions easily and efficiently. Then 2 weeks later they did the same for my family, again retrieving everything from multiple locations quickly and methodically and again following my lead as I directed them all over the house putting things in place. I had spoken to a number of movers, none of which sold me (e.g., mover could not provide a price guarantee after in home inventory; mover gave me 3 week window of arrival time at destination, etc.). Then, I called R L Relocation and got Brooke on the phone. Within minutes of speaking to her, my stress level dropped significantly. Brooke was friendly, knowledgeable and just amazing overall. She came over the following day (a Sunday, I might add) to inventory my household items and she provided me with a "not to exceed" the same day. It is worth noting that from the first day I spoke to Brooke to the day of the move, I had a multitude of questions. Brooke was so helpful throughout this time and it was so much appreciated. The move day and the move in were equally as seamless. Ryan was not only really personable, but also very skilled and pragmatic. Ryan drove out from California to my new home in Texas and gave me timing updates along the way. My belongings arrived in 2 days! As fate would have it, we found ourselves in a situation where we ended up moving twice within three years. After experiencing Brooke and Ryan's professionalism with RL Relocation in 2019, we knew it was a no-brainer to call them again for our out-of-state move. There are many reasons to use RL, but the big one for us is they don't broker and hand off your move to an outside company. They load you up, and they're the company that delivers, not some unidentified company you've never met. You can find a million stories of moves gone bad on the internet. Brook and Ryan are not part of those stories, they're the best. RL and their team will protect your home by putting down floor and stair protection. They'll protect your walls with protection. Every single piece of furniture will be padded and wrapped before being moved out of the house. I know how to pack from a life of working in logistics, but if you don't or aren't comfortable, have them do your packing. We had them pack our TV's, all artwork and lamps including shades due to getting access to cartons of those sizes can be a challenge. And they even packed our wine and liquor bottles (unopened), no issues at all in transit. Ryan and his team know how to pack, everything was beyond secured and well padded. We're still unpacking, but nothing is broken or damaged in the least, and I don't expect to find any damage. This company is top notch. Call Brooke, she'll get you a super detailed estimate list for the move. They'll help you with advice for things that can't be moved due to regulations (like chemicals etc.) and if you have questions or need advice, they're there to help you out.
