Joe, the manager, and Rick design rep, Darrin construction manager, Andrea production coordinator, Dianna sales coordinator, and others that came to do the work on site, were all professional and a real blessing in getting my new patio cover designed and put together with the features I wanted. The crew that worked on site demonstrated much care and passion in the work they did. The crew took time to answer my questions and even made a video on my phone so I could remember how the wiring was done for my patio light and fan. I have gutters on each side and also had outlets put in. Today the temperature in my backyard in the sun is 102°F. In the shade of my Avocado tree the temp is 96°F. The ambient temperature under my insulated patio cover is 84°F!! That's an 18 degree difference! The company responded quickly to my initial call and once material was in, had the work completed within 2 days. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. People onsite were fantastic, hard working, and helped me understand what was being done. Gave me options along the process. I was able to call audibles like canceling my sunroof since we decided it was not needed and the cost was de-ducted. The concrete pour for the vertical stands I feel we're over engineered. It's incredibly solid and large pour. Cover is insulated and can be walked on no problem. This cover has completely changed how we host and how we live. Heck we took our inside dining table and moved it outside. We don't even host inside anymore. Some things that if I had to knit-pick or add feature in the future. The dinning lights are great but it would be nice if I we could do color changing selection lights. The placement of the fans are limited to specific channels within the roof structure which I did not realize before hand. Mine worked out pretty good but would have been nice to have a more custom placement of fans or placement of the lights. Also, I have a small gap between cover and wall where my main door is so some rain does get through. Hoping to add some skirt metal and deflect that rain onto the top of the cover. That said it's still a fantastic product but maybe future tech/changes will give this option.

I went ahead and splurged with insulation, fan, lights and the "4k" aluminum beams to have 4 post (instead of 6 with alumiwood). The one area, as I've seen on some of the other comments is the scheduling/communication issue. Like other contractors, they sometimes have multiple projects in parallel, and sometimes it wasn't clear which days they were coming and when they were going to finish. So, I did have to text to check in with the owner, Ulysses. I did have a chat with him, and he was receptive to the feedback. Overall, YES I would recommend and use them again.

Before he left he let me know it would take a few days before he would have an estimate ready. I waited 9 days before I reached out to get an update. His office responded very quickly and said he was still waiting from quotes to come back from suppliers but I should be hearing from him within the next week. Well I finally did hear back but it was 12 days later and I was told they decided not to even bid the project. Their reason being that in the past they tried to bid jobs like mine and had experienced added cost and major issues and they were not equipped to handle a project like mine. 3 weeks was wasted waiting for a bid on a project they were not equipped to handle when I could have been told the day they came to my house the project was not one they felt they could handle. Stringing a potential customer along for 3 weeks is not my idea of good business management.
