Even after formal remedies were initiated, there were still opportunities to resolve this matter directly. Full materials were ever delivered to our home, and the patio cover was never completed. Our review reflects our direct experience based on those facts. Original Review: Working with this company was the most stressful experience we've had with a home project. We paid a significant upfront amount for materials and the initial demo and cement work for a patio in July 2025. The demo and cement were completed, but the materials we paid for were never delivered and the patio was left unfinished. After taking our payment for materials, the owner failed to provide them. Despite repeated attempts to get updates and resolve the issue, communication became inconsistent. He offered a refund, but that was never delivered either. We were ultimately forced to pursue formal remedies to try to recover our money and are still dealing with this as of March 2026. Avoid this company. It is not worth the stress, time, or financial risk.

Pacific patio installed my patio cover and installed the lights, fans, internal gutters, outlets, and completed the permits needed for there portion of the project. People onsite were fantastic, hard working, and helped me understand what was being done. Gave me options along the process. I was able to call audibles like canceling my sunroof since we decided it was not needed and the cost was de-ducted. The concrete pour for the vertical stands I feel we're over engineered. It's incredibly solid and large pour. Cover is insulated and can be walked on no problem. This cover has completely changed how we host and how we live. Heck we took our inside dining table and moved it outside. We don't even host inside anymore. Some things that if I had to knit-pick or add feature in the future. The dinning lights are great but it would be nice if I we could do color changing selection lights. The placement of the fans are limited to specific channels within the roof structure which I did not realize before hand. Mine worked out pretty good but would have been nice to have a more custom placement of fans or placement of the lights. Also, I have a small gap between cover and wall where my main door is so some rain does get through. Hoping to add some skirt metal and deflect that rain onto the top of the cover. That said it's still a fantastic product but maybe future tech/changes will give this option.

This was on a Saturday afternoon, so I was impressed with his punctuality, a rarity these days across the board. We set a date/time and again, he was right here, on time, with a proactive text alert on his ETA. A few days later, I received a competitive quote/bid. Both my neighbor and I agreed Vinyl Pro was the preferred choice for our "good neighbor" fence project. The existing wood fence had been virtually destroyed by termites. A couple weeks later, before the Holidays, foreman Tony visited for a final field/project inspection and to procure a deposit (approximately 50%). Again, Tony was on time per agreement and sent an ETA text ... yes, punctuality and communication are important to me, so this was very comforting. Installation was promised on January 5th, 2026 and again, I was sent a text from the installation crew Joe and Cruz that they were on the way that morning. By the time I had returned home that morning, the old fence was gone and the new vinyl fence was already half installed. These men work efficiently and clearly take pride in their craft. Most of the installation was completed the first day (about 70-80' of vinyl with a gate on my side, fence on neighbors at the perpendicular). They informed me they'd return the following day and no surprise, they were here pretty early and had the job completed by early afternoon, with a text message and pictures to alert me the installation was completed.
