This is the final result of a ton of planning for a complete yard make over. Pavers, patio cover, bbq island, irrigation and drainage, the works. Pacific patio installed my patio cover and installed the lights, fans, internal gutters, outlets, and completed the permits needed for there portion of the project. People onsite were fantastic, hard working, and helped me understand what was being done. Gave me options along the process. I was able to call audibles like canceling my sunroof since we decided it was not needed and the cost was de-ducted. The concrete pour for the vertical stands I feel we're over engineered. It's incredibly solid and large pour. Cover is insulated and can be walked on no problem. This cover has completely changed how we host and how we live. Heck we took our inside dining table and moved it outside. We don't even host inside anymore. Some things that if I had to knit-pick or add feature in the future. The dinning lights are great but it would be nice if I we could do color changing selection lights. The placement of the fans are limited to specific channels within the roof structure which I did not realize before hand. Mine worked out pretty good but would have been nice to have a more custom placement of fans or placement of the lights. Also, I have a small gap between cover and wall where my main door is so some rain does get through. Hoping to add some skirt metal and deflect that rain onto the top of the cover. That said it's still a fantastic product but maybe future tech/changes will give this option. read more

I want to start off by saying that Pacific Patio response right away. They will even reach out on the weekends. Their sales guy came to my home explained everything with no pressure at all. There was no awkward feeling. My home is older 1960's home. My previous patio was a patched job that was at the end of life. They came out measured and took pictures. The owner came out the following day to double check all measurements (this is a standard practice they have). They explained that it would be 4-6 weeks before the job would start. Pacific Patio did an amazing job on our new covered patio! We had them take down an old wooden pergola and replace it with a beautiful alumawood cover with fans and heaters. They also had their concrete contractor fill in an existing koi pond and add a half court basketball court. All of the employees were wonderful to work with. Very nice and respectful of our property. Overall we had a good experience with this company. Not the most proactive on updates, but Tamara was always good about getting back to me whenever I wanted an update or had a question. I really appreciated her professionalism. We had a few issues during the install process but the crew was took care of things quickly. My only other complaint is that one of the workers kept asking to use my restroom and left it very stinky every time. As for the product itself I'm very happy with the clean look of windows and doors and my space looks very refreshed. The extra enclosed space is much appreciated when I'm trying to entertain young children on all these rainy days. It's installed and looks good but not the best experience. * In July they said it would take 5 to 8 weeks to receive supplies and install. It took 3 months. * They called on a Friday to ask if they could install on Monday. I was out of town until Tuesday. They said, "Okay, we're going to have to move on to the next customer then." lol, thanks. * Guys showed up and asked "so what are we doing? How do you want it?" It had been 3 months. I didn't really have the details memorized. isn't that why we made a detailed plan? * Workers left for the day leaving gate wide open. Much appreciated. * Day after it was done my kid ran outside barefoot as he usually does. Came in with a metal shaving sticking out of his foot. The team did wonderful work including all the little details. All the people were great to deal with from the installers to the office staff doing scheduling and such. I booked things mid pandemic with all the supply chain issues. There was an 8-9 month waiting period, but I got a call after about 6 months saying my materials had come in and were able to install the following week. What I thought would be a one-day job was 2.5 days because of all the details and just the quality of work they put in. We are so happy with the cover and the work that was done. The work looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I live in a coastal community, so damage to wood and metal is a real issue. The fact that this company uses high grade aluminum with a genuine wood appearance is pretty cool. I typically do projects like this myself, but the quality would not match what this company delivered. There were some issues in the beginning, and the wait was very long, but all the employees are very friendly and care about their reputation. Any corrections that needed to be made, they addressed promptly with a smile. Jon came out to do an estimate the same week I called to schedule and had my plan drawn and quote ready within a day. Due to supply issues, our lead time was 6-8 months which they let us know right off the bat. My review is solely based on my experience trying to get an estimate/quote for my proposed projects. Tom from Pacific Patio came out to my property on 3 different occasions to provide me estimates for 2 different projects. In 2018, I wanted to build a Pergola in my backyard and had Tom from Pacific Patio visit and provide me a free estimate. Tom was patient, heard all my needs, explained everything about their product offering and gave me an estimate quickly. I eventually decided to go with a different company bcz of the budget I had for that project. PP estimate was slightly more than what I set aside for that project. At the beginning of this year we decide to convert the open pergola into a sunroom and requested a new estimate from PP. Tom came out to our property twice to go over this project patiently and provided me an estimate. Unfortunately, I am planning to go with a different company for this project as well. There wasn't enough information about the TEMO Sunrooms from Michigan (manufacturer) PP is offering to justify the premium price tag. That manufacturer TEMO also installs sunrooms in MI, they themselves have not so great reviews online. PP said TEMO material is a composite polymer and is superior and does not emit gas etc. when asked if its still plastic, they just repeated that it is a superior composite polymer. PP also offered the C-Thru 4Seasons product that is more commonly used around here in CA but I liked the warranties and overall estimate from competing business. But overall, my experience working with Tom was positive. He was very patient, visited my property twice, spent time to answer my questions to the best he could, even though they did not get my business in 2018. read more

It was worn out then, but I replaced all the screens, all the curved Plexiglas and some of the flat. For 21 years the room leaked and was more of a greenhouse than a room that could be used. I contemplated redoing the room once again. I am so happy I upgraded. Covid shortages put me on a waiting list. The crew finished the install last Thursday. I could not be happier. It has been several months since my sun room build and I waited to write this review so that I didn't do it in hast. However, I am still writing a negative review based on horrible issues from beginning to end of this project. I had Thomas give me my estimate. I financed my loan and Thomas had me sign the contract with a promised price, monthly installments and six months no payments after the room was done. I questioned him several times in email, text and phone calls about the financing portion and when we finalized that, as it seemed odd it didn't happen up front. I was told "after the contract was signed and the permit was approved, we would finish the financial portion." Once approved, I contacted Thomas again with questions about when my payments began, what I was supposed to sign etc. By the time he got back to me after multiple ignored messages, he informed me that despite both parties previously signing the contract, he could no longer give me the financing option he promised me. When I voiced my displeasure he got angry and condescending. At that point I had already paid for the permit and material was about to be ordered. If my financing had not been approved, I would've been stuck...locked into a contract that was signed but wasn't being upheld by the company with regard to the financial promise. I reached out to the owner over Thomas' handling of this and he assured me in the future, this problem wouldn't be repeated. He said financing should come before the permit process. He apologized and asked that I deal with him directly from that point on. My financing was approved and I reluctantly agreed to the new financial portion. I was stuck. I waited nearly four months for my materials to arrive. Very little updates, many unreturned phone calls and replies of few words when I did get them. The only one who continually showed compassion or professionalism was the receptionist Tamara. She's an asset to the company. Construction day arrived. The crew, while very nice...were messy. They left TONS of nails in my driveway every single day during the removal of my old patio cover. We had to hunt for nails before we pulled up in front of our home daily to save our tires. There are spots on my existing concrete that are ruined from the white caulking material used in construction. Clean up could have been much better. On day three of the build, things went downhill. The largest back wall of the room was WAY off. The spacing between each window was all different. I was told each window would have 12 inches of wall space between them and that is what the blue prints stated as well. However, the walls were all different! Some 13' some 19' and some 27'. I noticed a ton of mistakes. Drill holes, dents, improper cuts, pieces that had been cut short and were being altered to be used again like I wouldn't see the damage. I would question the crew head and it was always "we will fix that up at the end." But I could see things were going very wrong. I called the owner and requested he come to look at the build. He knew right away what was very obvious, it was all wrong. So much material was damaged, or cut wrong that a large portion needed to be totally removed and started over, pushing back the completion date and essentially starting from scratch. When the crew came back the next day the owner came too and worked beside them, which I appreciated. While here, he did a few things that were above and beyond I want to mention. I had an electrical problem from some prior owner in the attic that would've been a fire hazard and they caught that and fixed it. On a different day the crew was kind enough to help me switch out an electrical outlet that was heating up as well. They didn't have to do that and despite the tension of the build and my being pretty openly upset, they still helped and I appreciated it. As the back wall went back up the owner and I noticed large, repeated dents in every single wall panel. While cutting, the crew was accidentally kneeling on them causing knee dents. They all had to be taken down again and reordered. The owner had to drive to LA to get them, pushing back construction again! By the time it was done, we asked for some type of discount or compensation for the time extensions, hassle and contract mistakes which changed our financing. We were told we could have $500 off the total $28,000 and the owner would hang my curtains! I would never recommend this company. It was a nightmare from beginning to end! I will say that the room is serving its purpose though. The windows don't always lock right, the doors don't shut properly and have to be rammed to close but its serving its purpose for a "fake" room. It isn't just the company I would not recommend, its the fake sun rooms. I wish I had never built it and had spent the extra money and done a full remodel/add on of my home. Nice guys, VERY hard workers! But never again. I hung my own curtains thank you! read more

We were impressed with the material they used. ( far more superior than the other companies). So contracted with Pacific Patio. The product sold itself. After going through the process with permits etc. the concrete was laid and they built the patio everything turned out great. Mark the owner was available whenever we needed him. His workers Steve and Skyler were excellent. They were here on time and worked hard the whole time. Cleaned up each night when they were finished and back in the am to do it all over. This review is long overdue. Had a sun-room installed thru Pacific Patio with Tom's guidance. I have to say that the room looks awesome and has evolved into another living room. I want to add that I was skeptical at first and really just wanted a quote, however Tom showed up prepared and not just with pictures of their product but the actual product material. He literally took them out from his trunk and showed me despite my hesitance. This extra step actually sold me to purchase my sun-room. Two years later, my family and I are still grateful for this decision and using Pacific Patio. Not only did the room gave my little kids extra space to roam around but it also allows more sunshine into the house during the Stay At Home order and the current pandemic. Be prepared however to wait. I am not sure how it is now, but they were backlogged when I had my work done and almost waited 3 months. The project took a bit of a turn for the worst when a portion of the slab cracked in an unfortunate way. However, they demolished the section of deck and replaced it without any problems and the project was completed with only a short delay. I had a Temo sunroom installed by Pacific Patio in Feb 2019 but by May 2019 the roof was leaking through the recessed light fixtures. The roof wasn't repaired until Aug 2019. Three months after I first reported the problem. Everything seems fine until July 2021 when I again discovered a leak in the roof. Same as before through the recessed light fixtures. Yesterday, after sitting in a puddle on my patio, I contacted Tamara again to find out when the roof will be fixed. Turns out someone had tried to contact me last month but when I didn't answer the phone they didn't leave a message and never tried again. Don't use these people. It took 13 months to get a 13' x16' sunroom finished. The finish work is terrible, the parts don't fit together well. They don't refinish walls when they put in doors. The stucco work is poor. They leaned walls against my vinyl fence and scratched it. I had their concrete guy pour a patio for me and it wasn't done correctly. Everything was left dirty. They don't even clean the windows. The people they hire aren't qualified to do the work. The workers show up at 10 am., leave at 2 p.m., and take a lunch break. They left a mess in my yard for months. These people charge double what other companies charge. I had them come back again and again and this was the best they could do. I thought I would get quality for the price. Very disappointed. I was tired of dealing with them and paid them. I will have to hire someone to fix things. read more
