We spoke with Chad regarding a fiber cement siding project for our home in La Mesa. He confirmed the appointment when he was 15 minutes away and cancelled within a minute of arrival time. He didn't offer to reschedule. My brother and I were out in the front yard removing weeds, preparing for landscaping to be performed over weekend. By the way he cancelled and didn't care to reschedule, I believe we may have been judged by our skin color. My experience was with Chad was unprofessional.
