I said OK, but that's cutting it short because I had to leave in the late afternoon. He didn't bother to ask me my address until he was leaving that job, which I didn't see that text for a half hour. By then it was clear he wasn't going to make it by the time I had to leave, so I said let's make it for another day and asked what day worked for him. No response. Not sure if our HOA will approve these modern gates so I didn't want to put them through coming out to our house. Quote was on par (almost exactly) with another company for an aluminum gate (again for the purposes of zone zero compliance), but we felt more comfortable with Conrad's approach, especially as our previous gate had some slight challenges in terms of how it was going to need to come out. The gate is beautiful, and two other neighbors in less than a month have already reached out to us to ask where we got our gate from. Aluminum gates are not cheap, but it'll be a quality buy that has a lifelong warranty!
