Approved the estimate and was scheduled fairly quickly. Danny and another gentleman did the work. Both were incredibly professional and Danny was communicative about the process, timeline and if I needed to be there for any reason. I mentioned rain/water hit the porch more in one area so Danny said he'd check out my gutter. He later said I had a clog in the gutter that he cleared. In my opinion, Deck Doctor is not inexpensive, but if all their employees are like Danny, you can trust it will be done correctly, on time, and efficiently. Jim and the guys at Deck Doctor do a great job! My deck looked very shabby after several years with no maintenance. Jim said "No problem" and took care of it. Our deck has stone columns and wrought iron fencing with only a couple inches clearance to the deck but these guys got in there with special equipment - and for a ton of it, completely by hand! Everything was power washed and sanded then stained twice and it looks awesome! They also rejuvenated a shade trellis that is bolted onto the back of the house. It has beautiful rough timbers, but the stain had faded over years of weather. Whats worse is that sap naturally seeped out and dried so the whole thing looked gross. After a thorough power-wash, Marcus got in there and sanded out all the sappy parts. The stain matches what we had originally and the whole thing now looks brand new! The guys came out yesterday on time and did a great job cleaning my gutters on a two story home with a tile roof . Specifically, when I made a small comment about some residual dirt noted on our exterior home surfaces...and without even our asking for it..... he went back to the property and re-power washed some large sectional areas. I just purchased a new house with an amazing, huge back yard and perfectly positioned deck off the master bedroom. Unfortunately spots on the deck felt a little wobbly - noticed by me and the general inspector before purchased.
