Decent food. Wasn't expecting them to be out of home fries and hashbrowns for breakfast.

Loved it here! The food was fantastic and super quick. The outside doesn't look like much, but so glad we went in.

What a hidden gem!! This place was amazing! All the food and margaritas were delicious. I got a…read morechicken bowl for my main meal. I also tried the guacamole and salsas. Will be back for sure and will bring friends! The bartender was fantastic! Great service and super friendly! The ambience is fun!!

We had visited this restaurant before and had a nice meal. We happened to be in the area, so we…read morefigured we would go there again. We were quite disappointed this time. Although the atmosphere was pleasant (good music, nice lighting), the food was not. First off, the portions were way smaller this time. I ordered a side of Spanish rice ($3.50) and it was literally about three (small) table spoons, child portion. My fish tacos were awful. There was barely any fish, just a lot of uncooked onions, red sauce (which was supposed to be on the side due to the heat) and crema. Although the waitress was nice (and offered to bring me something else) she should have made sure the meals she was bringing out were done correctly in the first place. What if I had been allergic to heat? or preferred dairy free ? My tacos were drenched in crema (sour cream) to off set the sauce they had forgotten to put on the side--frankly, the dish did not look very appetizing I barely ate any of it. Sadly, we will not be returning. **Update: The restaurant was kind enough to reach out and reimbursed me for my meal. Changing the stars to reflect that.

This place is so good, I forgot to take pictures of my food entirely. This is one of the few…read moreremaining restaurants in the Ithaca mall, and am I glad they are still around. The food is delicious and plentiful, the servers are phenomenal, and the atmosphere is so cozy. We stop in occasionally for take-out and the process is always smooth. But they get you in and served quickly when dining in. I know when I worked in the mall and had a long enough break, it was wonderful to pop in and grab a quick genuine meal before heading back to work. If you're looking for delicious, fresh, and authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend this place!

They always have nice music playing and have it decorated for the holidays. I came with my friend for dinner and had a great dining experience. I am currently doing a cleanse and can only have fruits and veggies. I was so happy to see they have a vegetarian section and vegan options on the menu. The veggie bowl was perfect for me because it had no cheese, all veggies and beans, and I was able to get it without tortilla chips too. My friend got the seafood enchilada and she said it was delicious! I always look forward to eating here because of all of the menu options and fast service. Can't wait to come back to enjoy more of their food and cocktails.

I should have known what I was getting into when I walked into what I thought was a little…read moretaqueria, only to find out it's just a window in a brewery. Full disclosure, the food's not bad and the guy making it was very friendly. That said, these are tacos so white I'm surprised they don't come slathered in mayonnaise. No Al Pastor. No Barria. No Barbacoa. Legit chorizo comes in a tube that costs like a dollar. Where's that? I ordered a BBQ Pulled Pork Taco thinking it might be Ty's answer to Carnitas, but it was just pulled pork on a tortilla. It was fine, but it wasn't a taco. It was decent pulled pork BBQ on a tortilla. No flavorfully Mexican take on pulled pork BBQ. I can't imagine what's in the Street Corn or Classic Beef, the only tacos masquerading as authentic Mexican food. Greek chicken or falafel? Are you kidding me? Why bother? A Greek chicken taco is called a Souvlaki, and a falafel is, well, a Falafel. Star Mix is right up the street, and if you're looking for a souvlaki or falafel, it's pretty great, and a lot cheaper. And that's my real beef with Ty's. Mediocre white-people-tacos are a common scourge of any college town, but $17 for three tacos? $6 to $6.50 for one? Who's buying these tacos with the regularity to keep this stand in business? Authentic Mexican restaurants around the country - sit-down restaurants with far more overhead - manage to offer guests free chips and salsa. Ty's charges $3 for salsa, and another $5 for the chips. That's like charging $3 for the cigarette and $5 for the light. And as those countless, authentic restaurants have proven, Ty's doesn't need it.

This isn't Tex Mex or authentic. It's good food in a taco shell! Order on line when you're tipping…read morea few at the Muddy River. They also have a truck at events in the area. I like the Greek and the Falafel.
