Perfect amount of heat in the sausage, a nice hard chorizo sliced on the margin, and the bread was freshly baked and had a beautifully crisp crust. My chili relleno was well seasoned, the meat was tender enough to cut with the side of my spoon, and the pepper was cooked perfectly. Perfectly well done, not so far that it became soggy like some places do by mistake. All in all, a very nice surprise.
