Anytime there is a special item, they ALWAYS run out, yet keep the items on the menu, so you waste time ordering. This is genuinely the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I ordered food on the app at 12:50, it's currently 1:50 and still nothing. It was far from busy and somehow the drive thru was averaging a car every half an hour and I'm still sitting in here waiting for my food. It's ridiculous how slow these workers move, it's not that they're short staffed they're incompetently staffed. The hispanic woman in the front is beyond help, I'm sure somewhere around here is hiring janitorial staff. I walked in and she didn't even check me in for my mobile order, so I was sitting there waiting for food they weren't even making. Came here as a quick stop after work, but before doing things that took some time at home. Sadly, today is not a good day . I actually am writing this review still waiting for food so the rating is completely about the service and the timing. I placed my order and 5 o'clock and here at 5:30. I am still waiting for the food. When this place gets backed up, it is backed up and if you need something quick, it is someplace that you have to avoid unfortunately. I went to this taco bell on Sunday night and had to sit in line waiting to get to the speaker for 20 minutes and then once I got there me and my friends had 3 mobile orders and the girl on the speaker told me you could only do 2 mobile orders per car. This is absolutely ridiculous because the line was wrapped around the building and I was forced to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my ONE order. The girl in the window was extremely rude to me when explaining the two orders per car rule which has never been a thing before. Also the parking lot is filled with pot holes which makes for bad road conditions and the light is out in the parking lot. This place is absolutely terrible. They have a had a sign on their door stating that they are understaffed and cannot do inside orders. Well today they were not taking drive thru orders either because they were stocking per the manager and other employee. If you are lacking staff and cannot serve customers during regular business hours then maybe this location should no longer be open. I've been here a handful of times since I started school in the area. It's always my go-to place for food around here because I do not run into too many people I know. The drive through lines can be way longer than the dine-in lines. Another thing that they do well here are the mobile orders. There is plenty of parking nearby as well as supermarkets, dollar stores, a bank across the road and a liquor store. One thing I wish they would put back on the menu is the taco whose shell was made of chicken. I had it once and then it got taken off the menu, but it was delicious. The workers here are nice. The only time I had a problem with this Taco Bell location was when they had to close early because some machine was broken. Another time, when there was a long wait, we were able to get a free drink. They're always hiring. The menu is huge, so you need to be patient because the workers have a lot to do! read more

First Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life where once my family and I walked in they were so happy to see us! I mean as soon as we came to the door! If I could, I would give them 3 1/2 stars. It's fast food, so there's not much to say. Prices are good for what you are paying for, the reason for 3 stars and not 4 or 5, is that they tend to mess up my order quite a bit and I either have to end up calling them, or going back to get my correct order. They are nice about fixing it though, as they should be because it's their mistake. It's just a pain if I go thru the drive thru, to have to drive all the way back to get what I should've gotten the first time. Also sometimes it's a bit of a wait to get your order.
