My mom has been using the hearing aid for last 15 years. Most places she used were just bad. There were no customer care service after the purchase, and they weren't very highly knowledgeable on hearing aids and hearing loss. I bought to hearing aids from Hear USA, Riverside. I was told that Hearing usa has offices in USA and Canada. Since then both not working good. So, I started using my 8 years old hearing aids. Now I have sent many e mails to its marketing and other offices to find an office in Sacramento. Since a month my request has been acknowledged. My parents came here for their hearing aids back in the 80s, and now that my hearing has started to become impaired, this is where I go to. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I was in a super bind with an unusual size hearing aid battery. I don't wear a hearing aid, it was for a location transmitter and I was in the middle of a line location job (plumbing). After spending some really frustrating time at various Walgreens and CVS stores, I noticed the Hearing Aid Center while driving down Brockton, so I decided to stop in on the off chance they had the size I needed. I really lucked out. The owner Greg was super friendly and spent A LOT of time helping me figure out my battery size problem. He finally diagnosed the problem with my transmitter. It was pretty unbelievably helpful, because I doubt working on plumbing Sondes (location transmitters) are a part of his business! Long story short after some microscope and volt meter work he determined my Sonde was defective. That determination helped my stop spinning my wheels and deal with the manufacturer on getting an emergency replacement. Through the process he opened 4 or 5 new batteries. With everything finished up, there really wasn't anything for me to "buy", but I fully expected to pay something for his help and service. He refused saying he was not busy at the moment and had been waiting for a patient that was customarily a bit late and was happy to help out for a few minutes because he found the Sondes interesting. Hopefully I won't need a hearing aid anytime soon, but this place is WAYYYYY above and beyond when it comes to customer service. A business like this deserves a lot of customers because of their personal service!!! read more

Called spoke to Greg. Ask if he can fix my hearing aid. Said it was gonna cost $20. Took it in and was ready the next day. In the end, he said it was not charge. He was the only one to fix it. I recommend him if you need your hearing aid fix. read more

This place is awesome! I love it! I go to Crossroads Christian Church in Corona and I been wanting to get IEM's for awhile now, but didn't know where to find an audiologist. I went to Riverside Hearing Aid Center to get batteries for my dad's hearing aid. I explained my dad was recently hospitalize and his hearing aid wasn't working. The two men working offered to clean the hearing aid and handed me a pack of batteries with NO charge, wishing my dad (whom they never met) well.
