    Please be aware of good reviews! This place might fraud you. I called and asked about my insurance benefit and they said they take my insurance. They said My copay is 20 dollars. So I made an appointment. However, when I arrived at the office, they said I have deductible and asked me if I want to pay 125 dollars in total. I said yes because it will go toward my deductible. But after the bill came out, my insurance stated my portion should be only 53.58 dollars. So I called the office, and they said they charge 125 dollars and I have to pay the whole thing because that's what they charge. What? Basically my responsibility is 53.58 dollars but they ended up taking 125 dollars from me. This is FRAUD. I never ever had to pay more than my responsibility. They should have checked with my insurance first and inform me before they perform any exams. They gave me wrong information to me that all 125 dollars will go toward my deductible. Take my advise and do not go to this fraud place or if you ever go, don't ever sign any document there. And don't pay ahead! Just ask them TO BILL LATER.

As an…read moreexample I wild get a text with one date confirming appointment and then a call the day before to confirm I was going to be at my appointment on a different date. I had my annual hearing checkin in December of 24 and was told I would need new hearing aids. No problem, at least that is what one would think. I get calls in January telling me need to be tested now that insurance had approved the hearing aids. Testing had already been done. I took a month to find out what they meant was I needed to come in to review my choices on hearing aids and measure my ear. This had already been done during my testing in December when I was told I need new ones. They had provided the hearing aids I was using and had all the measurements. They couldn't schedule till mid March to pick the ones I had already picked and take a measurement of my ear. This took all of 5 minutes. Signed the paperwork and told it would be about a month to receive them. I contacted my insurance company to change providers for future appointments reviewed the reasons why with them. They agreed to do so. A couple of weeks later I get a call from an office manager in Glendora (Jackie) upset and argumentative that I had filed a grievance. Confirmed I was still going to pick up the hearing aids when they came which I did. I call in April to find the status and am told I would have to contact the insurance company. They could not tell me more. I called my insurance company today, they got the doctors office on the phone and confirmed the office had canceled the order because of the grievance. The also claimed they were refusing future care because of the grievance, which was something I had already asked for. My insurance company approved starting the entire process again with another doctor 10 minutes from my home instead of 45. So if you have a problem and have any medical devices you have been approved for, wait till you get them before you take any other actions. They will not let you know what they have done when they take a retaliatory action against you.

Valerie asked a lot of questions to see what was it like with my daily struggle of having one hearing aid, not being able to hear well with other people or being in a big loud environment. She made sure to help me find a good hearing aids that works out for my budget and also the style of hearing aids for my liking. She went through above and beyond to make sure I'm good and I truly appreciate that I feel comfortable and welcomed every time I come in and look forward to do my appointment with her.     I was referred to this business through my insurance. Once in the office I was encouraged to use…read moretheir preferred hearing aid solution and get better care than what the insurance would provide. Once I received my hearing aids, there was very minimal instruction as to use and maintainance at the time of acceptance. My right hearing aid has been problematic at least 3 times in the first year. This resulted in only office staff adjustments per their experts. Just over 1 year of use my right hearing aid quit working or charging. I brought both hearing aids and charger to be checked out. No log in of equipment or signage of release. 1- 1/2 weeks later I phoned for an update. Very rudely the receptionist, Charlene, informed me "I told you I will get back to you when it is ready!" I also asked to speak with her supervisor. Charlene said "Lilly" is rarely in the office and was very busy with meetings. I requested she have "Lilly" call me. After 3 weeks I am still waiting. They offer "loaner" hearing aids with a charger when available. They thought the left hearing aid and charger that they gave me were mine--but they were not even the same color! The loaners did not work so I returned them the next day. No log or signage upon return either. 4-5 days later I showed up to office very frustrated. A MIRACLE--they had my right hearing aid! No left one and offered me a NEW charger since they couldn't locate mine. At 3 weeks+ I am still waiting for them to locate and return my left hearing aid!! I am also still waiting for "Lilly" to find 5 minutes in her extremely busy schedule to call me back! For the high cost expended for these hearing aids, one would expect better quality and service from this office.
