This place was recommended by my mom's doctor from Loma Linda University Health, and we were able to get an appointment much sooner than waiting through LLUH or other hearing clinics nearby. The location is a little tricky to find at first it's across the street from the old Souplantation near the I-10 W entrance but there's plenty of parking and an elevator, which made things easy. The office is on the second floor behind the restrooms, and the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. The provider was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the hearing test results and what to expect with my mom's first hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy anything, just honest advice and great recommendations on which hearing aid style would work best for her. Overall itwas a really positive experience, and the other good reviews are definitely true. If you're searching for a hearing aid provider near Loma Linda / Inland Empire, this is a great place. He was able to address all of our concerns that were not addressed by our previous provider, adjust my husband's failing hearing aids, and then was able to get new hearing aids approved through our insurance within two days. Paid to have hearing aids serviced (tubes and filters replaced). A couple of weeks later I was…read moreexperiencing problems with my hearing aids and they thought I may need to replace them. Wanted to charge me over $200 for a new hearing test and reprogramming of my current aids. Instead I went to my original audiologist in Palm Desert who performed my hearing test at no charge and discovered that Inland Empire Hearing Aid Center never replaced the filters when they serviced them. Came back to Inland Empire Hearing Aid Center next time I needed service since they are the closest to me. Now they have raised the cost of replacing tubes and filters from $10 to $25. I am now looking for an audiologist that provides better service at a more reasonable price.
