Wow. A friend of mine referred me to Jesters Hearing. So I made an appointment to be assessed for Hearing aids. This is a family business. The son Jeremy was pretty much in charge at this time. Very nice working with Jeremy. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. Jeremy was able to give me the same high level Hearing aids with Bluetooth at half the price that the ENT office quoted! The hearing aids have rechargeable batteries which is so so convenient. Disclaimer - I do know Dr. Kun personally however I am picky about my healthcare providers & have paid for my service. Recently I woke up with sudden hearing loss in one ear & I was so confused as it has never happened before. After some light research, I reached out to Dr. Kun as I knew she is an audiologist, I learned one should definitely get it checked within 72 hours or the risk is permanent hearing damage / loss. Dr. Kun was able to see me same day (thankfully) due to the urgency and performed a hearing test and confirmed my diagnosis of sudden hearing loss in that ear, and also checked it wasn't being blocked by maybe wax or something else. She referred me to another hearing doctor to get prescribed medication + a second opinion, which I did, and she prepared and provided a report for the doctor. Thankfully my hearing did back to normal & she followed up and confirmed with a follow up hearing test. I'm thankful for the quality of care & professionalism, and thankfully they do take my insurance so I had a small copay only. If you have any hearing concerns, I highly recommend Kun hearing!
