    Probably the worst hearing place in the high desert and that is strictly because the person who…read moreruns the place, Denise, has no business being in customer service let alone working with senior citizens. My mother in law went in for an audio test and it was determined she needed hearing aids. She got the hearing aids and they were very painful for her so we went back and Denise acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even help her and even insulted my mother in law when she was explaining the issue she was having. After 15 minutes of struggling with the hearing aids, Denise did offer an alternative solution which was for ear molds. When she went to take the impressions, she noticed there were significant wax blockages in ear canals which would make it difficult for her to get the receiver in her ear. Denise did give her a few samples of a product that would help to get the wax softened and easier to remove but the samples were 3 years expired :/ Needless to say, after a few days of attempting to soften the wax and a trip to urgent care, the wax plugs were out, her ears were clean, and guess what?!?! She didn't need hearing aids - go figure! You can tell Denise is a commissioned dispenser because she is super nice when she is trying to push the product even if it means being dishonest and taking short cuts to obtain a sale. When it came to retuning the hearing aids, the attitude and true colors really surfaced. Denise was hesitant and didn't even want to give the number she was supposed to call in order to receive the refund. When it comes down to it, when selling a product, you're going to have people who are not happy with the product, thus there should be a clearly defined return process. If you lose your commission because of the return, that's the cost of doing business unfortunately. Perhaps next time, tell the person they should wait, get the wax blockages removed first then come back for an audio test and see if you really need hearing aids. Even if a sale was not made at that time, good customer service is essential because now in the future, we will make sure never to patronize this location and we will make sure that any of my mother in law's senior friends who may need hearing aids never patronize this location either.

    This is the second time going to this place for a prosthetic, my mistake. First experience I…read morethought was going great. They actually scanned my stump instead of casting. Which turned out to be a better job until it was time for adjustment. Ashley didn't know what to do. So she gave up and I had to go to another location. They tried to fix but it turned out I was wearing a 3-5 ply sock on a brand new socket. Not good. So I dealt with it for over 8 months and it was due for a new one. Went back to same location. First was told they don't take my insurance, then told that they do. Went to see Ashley. Told her about what's going on. She writes it up as a customer not happy or unsatisfied. When in all actuality it was their screw up. So an order was sent in. I called to follow through and was told by Viri that my Dr never sent them authorization paperwork for reasons why. But Viri tells me that they only followed up once at the beginning 6 weeks ago. Never since. So now I have a blister because of negligence and no one cares. Viri and Ashley have no care for patients, but just to be there and pretend they know what they're doing. The only person of value is Cathy that answers the phone. She at least helped me. Al Cam is more interested in selling or upselling you as other people put but not helping. WILL NOT RECOMMEND
