Refuses to actually help treat your pain unless you…read moreconsent to getting injections, which I don't object to getting - but I was a cash patient and couldn't really afford the injections all the time as I already had to pay hundreds of dollars just to been seen in his office for the appt, then pay hundreds of dollars at the pharmacy for my meds. But I ended up getting one epidural injection in my low back, and before I was even off the table, Dr. Loomba was telling me-NOT ASKING-but telling me "you feel better now don't you". I simply chuckled and replied "not yet doc". Then, not even more than 2mins later as I was leaving the treatment room, he TOLD me AGAIN "you feel better now don't you". That time it irritated me just a bit, but I still replied calmly "no doc, no relief yet". As I was then sitting with the nurse to get my vitals redone after the procedure, it had literally only been maybe a total of 10mins since I was actually done getting the injections and I still was NOT feeling any relief, but Dr. Loomba then peeks his head around where I was sitting with the nurse and says it AGAIN..."you feel better NOW don't you" in a somewhat condescending voice. Well, that time I was thoroughly irritated and replied sternly "NO DOC I DO NOT". That was all I said and just how I said it. This man lost his ever loving mind, began yelling and cursing at me telling me I'm a "liar" and that he was discharging me from his care because he was "tired of dealing with" me. He then wrote up an entire disgusting diatribe in my medical records about me being a liar and that he refuses to treat me due to MY actions. What kind of medical professional acts like that to their patients?!! This man only wants money, he doesn't really care about actually helping anyone. Stay far away from Global Pain Care if you actually need help with your pain. Not to mention, it took me over 4hrs at each of my appointments. I would have a 10am appt, would have to sit and wait in the waiting room for at very the least 3hrs, then when I would finally be taken back - the doctor would take his time actually getting to me, but then when he finally came in to speak with me - he would rush thru and walk out within less than 2mins. Never wanted to answer any questions I had, or truly help in any way. He couldn't care less. Disgusting excuse for a medical doctor.
