I'm still waiting for scripts to be filled and the pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get them filled. I waited about 5 months for testing equipment. This just isn't acceptable. She needs her license taken away. And she also has another office in Apple valley as well. Idk how she does over at that office but I've met a couple of her other patients that want to get away from her too! Hopefully you will choose another doctor and not go with Shima Hadidchi. Then he sends 2 different strengths which is NEVER heard of. My Endocrinologist that I saw in Palm Springs for yrs when I lived out that way was the one who showed me that Levothyroxzine is actually a synthetic man made medication and I think he would actually know this since its his line of work. I now have an appointment with an Endocrinologist to get me the correct dosage. When I called this office I told them about the 2 different strengths called in and they even told me....no way....not done that way.....one pill. Not 2 separate. This business is a classic example of what's wrong with the medical system in our country. My Job…read morehas open enrollment for insurance every May. My family needed dental work done so we chose a PPO dental plan and an HMO medical plan until our dental work is done. Then I can switch to a medical PPO.. But, patients with an HMO are treated badly, if not properly at all. First off, the office staff who answers the phone is ridiculously rude (if you don't like your job, find another instead of making sick people miserable). Secondly, I've asked to book an appointment with the Practicing Physician (Richard Jones) 3 times and have been ignored and book with the office's PA (who is NOT a Doctor). I've had 4 visits, starting in May, at $30 a Co-pay. Each visit NOTHING has been resolved. I originally sought medical attention for an extremely infected ingrown hair on my face (about the size of a nickle). The PA was quick to write prescriptions for antibiotics, nothing else. And then she went on Vacation for 2 months without resolving my medical need. I tried to get back in because the situation was getting worse. AND being that I'm HIV+, infections sitting in my body is very dangerous. Last time I needed an appointment, because the situation was worsening again and occurring in multiple places on my body, I had my husband call to book an appointment. They office staff were rude, snotty and claimed no openings were available for months and that the PA had not returned from vacation. I called immediately after and demanded to see Dr. Richard Jones HIMSELF and was placed on hold, and then an appointment was book for me, THAT Thursday (although they claimed there were no openings for months to my husband), again with the PA who was "on vacation". Again, a $30 co-pay (all together $120 has been paid to them) and I was prescribed more antibiotic and given a referral to the dermatologist. Nothing else was done again. Dermatologist appointment isn't for another 3 weeks. I have to suffer through it. And now that the situation is getting worse again, with multiple open soars. One on the inside of my thigh makes it almost impossible to sit, walk, go to work and it's all caused by this HORRIBLE office staff's neglect. Furthermore, my husband was given false facts on HIV care and contraction (that scared him) by the same PA who refuses to fix my situation, yet takes my money at the front desk. A PA, not a Doctor, not an HIV, specialist.. A simple PA. I've requested a referral to an HIV specialist (which she ignored), a gastrointestinal specialist since my previous health care provide found signs of pre cancerous cells in an anal pap result and that referral request was ignored by her as well, even after requesting release of my medical records from my last Dr. to Jones and Jones. I sincerely hope the front office staff (which, by the way, I'm schooled, trained and certified to do your jobs. I know what it entails. You're just miserable, bitter, women), the PA who is carelessly playing Dr and the Practicing Physician HIMSELF, Dr. Jones, reads this. And know now... In May when my family switches to a PPO insurance, and those dollar signs have your office kissing rears, we'll be switching Primary Care physicians. As well as contacting the Medical Board of Southern California (I've already located a Medical Malpractice lawyer in the local high desert) to hopefully open a medical malpractice lawsuit against this ridiculously neglectful staff. If Dr. Jones is absent from this practice majority of the time, maybe he needs to be there and keep a closer eye on his staff. Absolutely inhumane, unethical, disgusting behavior and rude, snobby staff..... Upon reading this, you ladies in the office, are more then welcome to violate HIPAA laws and rummage through my file to find out exactly who I am. If Dr. Jones, doesn't fix this problem I WILL be pursuing a medical malpractice lawsuit against Jones and Jones. The dermatologist will be the first to hear about this and I will be asking their assistance in putting an end to Jones and Jones "My cah cah don't stink", snobby, attitude. As well as the neglectful treatment of patients, like myself, who blindly entrusting our health to these "professionals". And honestly? I got better care on Medi-Cal, with the public health department, then I'm getting paying out of pocket for commercial health insurance... Flat out crooks! Collecting Co-pays, with an attitude, to actively do nothing. Pathetic! Maybe this office need to look into the ramifications, on Medical Practices, when HIV patient are neglected and suffer due to careless health care professionals.
