Now I need a refill of my prescribed medication and am once again trying to schedule an appointment. Three times, the receptionist took my information and said someone would call me back -- but that never happened. Today, after trying ten times, I finally managed to get through and schedule an appointment. I told them on the phone that I had been calling for two weeks and had left messages asking for a callback, but no one ever returned my calls. The response I got was: "You just need to keep trying to call." At one point, I even drove to the office in person just to schedule an appointment, but I cannot keep driving there every time. I also requested my medical records because I want to change doctors, and I was told it would cost $25. Seriously??? I have never seen a charge for medical records before. There are three people working at the front desk, and I honestly don't know what they are doing. This review is a cry for help. It's unbelievable. I have never experienced such poor front desk service in my life. It honestly feels like they are intentionally not answering the phone. On top of that, the doctor likes to order various tests and insists that you come in every few months for visits, for reasons that are unclear -- likely just to charge you more money.
