Dr and staff have wonderful bedside manner, very good listeners and actually hear what is being discussed. Best bedside manner I have ever run into. With 3 kids and myself having back surgery I have seen quite a few Dr's to gauge this against. We still go for hearing tests as needed, and the audiologist has been great with the kids. Surgery center next door is a definite perk as alternate for going to hospital for all the surgeries Dr. has done. Too this day my husband and I go monthly for facials on the cosmetic side with Candace. I sometimes see Dr and she is so kind and asks how we are all doing. Candace, Gretchen and Ashley on the cosmetics side of the office are wonderful as well. Premier ENT and Cosmetics is GREAT all the way around. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a wonderful ENT or facials , Botox etc. KH

I would call if I was late knowing that they might reschedule me or charge me my co-pay, but it is the right thing to do! I love my ENT doctor but this level of disrespect is unacceptable. The receptionist was very busy, but she could have let me know they were running behind. Got to an exam room about 42 minutes after my appointment time and waited another 15 minutes to see the doctor. I waited and 65minutes to see the doctor and I only spent five minutes with him. My rant is to let you know that if you have an appointment here, block our two hours of your day. They will not tell you they are running behind. The doctors are great, but the lack of respect for their patients is dissap

After visiting this week, I would definitely recommend this hearing aid office in the Loma Linda /…read moreSan Bernardino area to anyone looking for a hearing test or hearing aids, especially if you're helping a parent or senior with their first hearing aid. This place was recommended by my mom's doctor from Loma Linda University Health, and we were able to get an appointment much sooner than waiting through LLUH or other hearing clinics nearby. The location is a little tricky to find at first it's across the street from the old Souplantation near the I-10 W entrance but there's plenty of parking and an elevator, which made things easy. The office is on the second floor behind the restrooms, and the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. The provider was amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly, including the hearing test results and what to expect with my mom's first hearing aid. There was no pressure to buy anything, just honest advice and great recommendations on which hearing aid style would work best for her. Overall itwas a really positive experience, and the other good reviews are definitely true. If you're searching for a hearing aid provider near Loma Linda / Inland Empire, this is a great place. I'll be recommending them to friends and family for sure.

We were able to reach an amazing representative on our first call and were offered an appointment within just a few days. Ronald, the audiologist, was so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, He treated us with respect. He was able to address all of our concerns that were not addressed by our previous provider, adjust my husband's failing hearing aids, and then was able to get new hearing aids approved through our insurance within two days. If you are looking for a truly good place to have your hearing needs met, look no further. Clear hearing is absolutely the best!

So now it's approximately 10:05am. The receptionist brought my Dad 1 other piece of paperwork to fill out and sign. Okay so, at 10:15a, nobody says anything, 10:30a now there are 3 patients in the waiting area. Still nothing is said. 10:45a, still nobody is saying a word to ANY patient. When 1 guy walks out with a patient, and says nothing to anyone. And is outside somewhere. Then another guy comes out, and calls the lady who was in front of us. And the one who went out the front door, who knows where he went. My Dad and I got up, said, to the receptionist, we're leaving. Been here for almost an hour, and walk out. The receptionist says, okay thanks. She spent more time on the phone then she did talking to the people in the waiting area. That she should have acknowledged. Just like when the phone rang. She put the person on hold, said, she was with a patient. That was a BOLD FACE LIE. And when she did pick the phone back up, the patient just wanted to reschedule an appt. Again 5 mins or less. If your having hearing problems...Please go somewhere else. These ppl don't care about their patients, in the office or on the phone. The receptionist could have done all the crap she was doing when the area wasn't full of irritated patients. Thanks for NOTHING, we WON'T be back here. And will also inform Kaiser of our experience.

Wrote me a handful of prescriptions whether I needed them or not, then advised me to, "stop eating for 30 day periods" to manage post menopausal weight gain. His reasoning was that the human body can survive 30 days without food. Not a single concern about lack of nutrition or the impact starvation has on heart health. He then went on to tell me to never make an appointment or call, text or email the office only. When I did email them asking for a prescription renewal, I was lied to and told they sent it to my pharmacy when they did not. I am not interested in developing an eating disorder nor do I want to load up on pills I don't need, so the search for a PC continues.

**Review for Yelp:**…read more I recently visited this location and, while I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, my experience was marred by significant communication issues. Upon arrival, I filled out all necessary paperwork without being informed that I could have completed it online. Additionally, I had been instructed to text my medical card coverage prior to my visit, which I did, yet the staff seemed unaware of this. I overheard confusion among the team about my coverage, which was frustrating. The main issue arose when I was informed that I needed to contact United Healthcare regarding my insurance, despite having Blue Shield. After spending over an hour on the phone with my insurance provider, I learned that I do have coverage, including a $1,000 deductible for hearing aids. However, this information was not communicated properly by the staff at the office. Ultimately, I was quoted prices that were not reflective of my actual coverage, and it felt like my concerns were dismissed. My wife, who accompanied me, ended up missing work for a visit that turned out to be unnecessary. While I understand that new staff may need time to adjust, it is critical for a healthcare provider to ensure accurate communication and proper handling of insurance matters. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating enough that I do not plan to return. It's perplexing how this place receives five-star reviews, given the issues I encountered.
