Our family has been patients of Dr. Jeffries for 5+ years. Two kids had tubes in their ears as soon as they were old enough, oldest son had adenoids removed, and my husband had deviated septum surgery. Dr and staff have wonderful bedside manner, very good listeners and actually hear what is being discussed. Best bedside manner I have ever run into. With 3 kids and myself having back surgery I have seen quite a few Dr's to gauge this against. We still go for hearing tests as needed, and the audiologist has been great with the kids. Surgery center next door is a definite perk as alternate for going to hospital for all the surgeries Dr. has done. Too this day my husband and I go monthly for facials on the cosmetic side with Candace. I sometimes see Dr and she is so kind and asks how we are all doing. Candace, Gretchen and Ashley on the cosmetics side of the office are wonderful as well. Premier ENT and Cosmetics is GREAT all the way around. Complaint- if the doctor is running behind (I have been waiting over a half hour), then let the patient know. My time is just as important as his. I hate when this happens. I would call if I was late knowing that they might reschedule me or charge me my co-pay, but it is the right thing to do! I love my ENT doctor but this level of disrespect is unacceptable. The receptionist was very busy, but she could have let me know they were running behind. Got to an exam room about 42 minutes after my appointment time and waited another 15 minutes to see the doctor. I waited and 65minutes to see the doctor and I only spent five minutes with him. My rant is to let you know that if you have an appointment here, block our two hours of your day. They will not tell you they are running behind. Just got off phone with reception who was the opposite of helpful. Our daughter is a student athlete at University of Redlands over 3 hours from our home and her current ENT. She has been under the care of an ENT at home for 2 years, she is very sick right now and needs help. The receptionist rudely informed me their new patients will not be seen until June. Are u kidding me? You cannot see a local college athlete within a week for a sinus infection??! She also said she would need a referral...okay fine never heard of that we have a PPO. I was left to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. There were no ther patients in the office. I walked out.

If your looking for someone to help with any throat issue, look elsewhere. This ear nose and THROAT doctor apparently doesn't do anything for the THROAT. I was referred here from my primary doctor. My doctor sent over my referral and I filled out the unnecessary long 5 forms for new patients. I never got a call from them, so I called to make sure they got my forms and my Dr's referral. They confirmed they received it and the Dr was reviewing it, so I should expect a call in the next day or two. Received nothing. No call. No text. No email. Which they most definitely had from their large new patient forms. Turns out they just faxed my primary doctor that they suggest I look elsewhere for care because they focus on ear and nose - not THROAT. My doctor even found this very strange that an ENT doesn't do the T part. My personal doctor was the one to let me know that they went ahead and rejected my file. If it weren't for the thoroughness of my doctor then I wouldn't even know I was rejected. I never once got a call from this office to let me know. Still haven't received any communication at all. Stay away from this doctor. Obviously they don't care about their new patients, which means they probably don't care about their current ones either. read more

Great doctor surgery on my nose helped me breathe again. Besides that appt times a merely a suggestion when it come to this establishment. I have not once been seen at the scheduled appt time. I'm not talking about 10 minutes or even 15 minutes late on the schedule, my appt today was set for 10:15 and it is currently 11:22 and I have still not been taken back to the room or seen by the doctor. The lack of communication is elementary and the only thing I would recommend is the talent of the surgeon, but if I need anything done in the future I would not be returning to this facility. read more

Very unprofessional I am sitting here for my appointment that is now over and hour late for the fourth week in a row. Every week I get off work to be on time for my appointment just to sit in the hallway or the waiting room for hours at a time, they are scheduling appointment every 15-30 minutes which is obviously not enough time if appointments are running over an hour late week after week. I'm sorry week after week just doesn't cut it anymore the system is broken and needs an overhaul. read more

Tried to make an appointment with Dr Jeffries, explained to the receptionist that I'm a Veteran in need of a nexus letter for a 2nd professional medical opinion to hopefully help my case with the VA in a compensation claim. The receptionist put me on hold came back shortly to tell me that Dr Jeffries doesn't help with things of that sort/ workers compensation. I asked to make an appointment with Dr. Jeffries and was told I could see an assistant right away but the next opening to see Dr. Jeffries was a month later. I chose to wait so that my first visit would be with Dr. Jeffires. I arrived and the Dr. (or so I was led to believe) saw me and prescribed treatment and medications. One month later I returned for my follow-up appointment and was met by​ a different woman, who claimed to be Dr. Jeffries and said the other woman was her assistant. I have to wonder if this is not malpractice of some sort. It's shoddy at best, and I am infuriated. read more

It was my first time visiting the office and I am pleased to say that I had a great experiance. Ashley, at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me when I first walked in. The office isn't your typical office. It is so cozy and very serene. Dr Jeffries approached me and introduced herself. She was so personable and gave me some great advice on how I can help take care of my skin. Also, Candace did my microdermabrasin and was absolutely wonderful. I got an offer in the mail my wife has been telling me for a long time that I need hearing aids so I went down Bill worked with me get a hearing test and saw the areas that my hearing was bad and fit the hearing aids to fix just the areas where I had a problem it's been an amazing difference for me and my whole family because now I talk quieter and they don't have to talk loud for me to hear them he set them to work as a bluetooth with my phone . I had an appointment, I was running a little late so I called in advance to let them know but the rude receptionist told me to reschedule, however I managed to get there 5 mins before my appointment, they didn't take me after my 45min drive BC the Doctor had an emergency surgery and would not be able to see me until 3 more weeks. My 3 year old son pushed a little round toy in his ear... my primary care doc graciously gave us a same day appointment but was unable to get it out. He referred me to Premier ENT and to my surprise we got a next day appointment. The office was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The PA, Pamela Lambert was very sweet with my little guy (who had been traumatized from the primary care doc probing his ear the day before)... She talked him through it all and got the job done very quickly. I've never had a specialist take me or anyone in my family on the same day, and I was very happy with the quality of care. I just had the worst experience trying to book an appointment to see this ENT. Since the first time I called them, the receptionist Kayla was extremely rude. Every time I spoke to her she was rude and refused to give me an appointment even though I had the approval from my insurance. Due to her incompetence I lost 2 weeks where I could of gone to see another ENT. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE! While I'm sure Dr. Jeffries is an ENT, I'm not sure about her expertise. She appears nice and sweet, but her office is a nightmare of mismanagement. She doesn't know who does their CPAP machines. Monica states the dr. doesn't understand these issues. She may not, but doesn't she know she can have me ask her staff? I was there on December 3, 2018 to get a RX for a CPAP. I tried to find an outfit who did work for them because I got a DUH! from the doctor. After two days I called Monica back and told her I needed this ASAP since my insurance ran out on December 31, 2018. Never heard from anyone. Called again and left a message, never heard. January 11, 2019 after my insurance ran out called again and was told by someone who obviously is a day worker she couldn't take a message and stuck me on hold for 10 minutes. Does anything ever get done there? Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this freak show as you can. They sent me a bill before they finished billing all my insurances. As a former office manage for three corporations of top-notch physicians, I would give this establishment an F. I doubt they would make it for long without belonging to HMOs and billing Medicare and MediCal. read more

I have had so much bad luck with my Tonsil's until i was referred to DR. Jeffries Office. From the moment I walked thru the doors until the Time I was released from post-op care I was treated as a VIP. Dr. Jeffries jumped into action when she seen what I had been through and what condition my throat was in after a Paratonsillar abcess. I am 3 weeks out of surgery and very Satisfied. Even through my recovery the office staff would call me on Fridays to see if i was going to be OK over the Weekend (Post-OP)...This is amazing CARE....and COMPASSION... I had a septoplasty, turbinate reduction a year ago. Dr Jefferies was too in hurry. Her time was too precious to give an appropriate diagnosis. She misdiagnoses my nasal valve collapse. When I asked her about it, she said Oh I only worked on one side. Her and her staff rushes you out. Thanks to Dr. Jeffries misdiagnose me, I still cannot breath right and my nose now looks more crooked and very asymmetric. On the flip side she didn't pack my nose and discomfort and bleeding was minimal. I think she is very knowledgeable, but she spread herself too thin and undermine the quality of her work. read more

Terrible service! I tried to set up an appointment over the phone. Called them and it immediately went to an automatic operator to leave a voicemail. Left a voicemail which stated that I should hear from someone within 24 hours. I decided to walk in with a referral and requested an appointment. The receptionist there said she would have to check her files and told me to have a seat. After 30 mins of waiting, I asked if she had an update. She glanced at me and continued working, then slowly got up, pulled a file out and said we don't have your referral. She requested me to go through my insurance company to have the general doctor send over my information. Instead I requested another ENT specialist and they provided me Dr. William Goral's number. I walked in to Dr. Goral's office and I was able to set an appointment right away. The ladies at Dr. Goral's office contacted my insurance company and handled everything. They were quick and helpful! i brought my daughter to this office for a condition called eustacian tube dysfunction. She was complaining of slight loss of hearing as well as pain and pressure on her right ear. Dr. Jeffries came in and took a quick look at both her ears and said that her right ear is definitely blocked with fluid. She made a few comments and abruptly left the room telling the nurse to show us what was going on with my daughter's ears thru the ear camera. The good nurse explained to us what the condition of both ears were. I had many questions to ask and so i inquired with the nurse where Dr. Jeffries was and she said the doctor was already seeing other patients. I was totally surprised and was wondering why she only spent 60 seconds with us. Dr Jeffries did not offer any medications nor did she suggest any options as far as alleviating the ear condition through a tube placement procedure. The nurse then left and after a while Dr. Jeffries came back. This time she showed us thru the ear camera what was going on. I proceeded to ask her the proper questions that i had in mind which she answered the best she can. After that she directed us to the front desk for any further questions. That was the whole experience. We were in and out of there real quick. I was totally disappointed with this first and only visit to this office. When you pay up front $157.00 for a consultation you expect something more professional. I definitely will go to another specialist to have my daughter's ear tube procedure done. read more
