Me and my lady were both so impressed by the results, we added 4 more of our tattoos to get removed and some hair removal. We are very happy and comfortable visiting Dr. Rhee, he is super friendly and always puts a smile on our faces. The pain is not bad, a large tattoo session can wrap up in 30 seconds or less with the laser. Easily manageable in that time frame compared to getting a tattoo. Visually I'm very happy with the results, but more importantly mentally I don't have a large tattoo on my chest I have to explain or talk about it anymore. No one can notice I ever had the removed tattoos. We added hair removal since we were visiting the dr every six weeks, and made it an easy visit just adding an extra 1-2 minutes to the visit.

Mayra is at the front desk and has been the sweetest, most helpful person for setting up appointments and just to chat with. She's so incredibly down to earth and friendly. The medical assistant Yoseli has helped me every time to get comfortable in the treatment room and has asked me about all my concerns with compassion and patience. She has a great smile that would brighten anyone's day! I have been helped by almost everyone here, and every single person has been awesome. I came one day for a Diamond Glow facial and was helped by Vanessa. She's so kind, and really takes the time to help you figure out what your concerns are and how to accomplish your goals. The facial was so relaxing, and she makes the environment calming and safe, I almost fell asleep! For all of my actives and injections, I see Jessica. Jessica will forever be my go-to person. Since she's a nurse practitioner, not only does she have the knowledge about everything skin related and medical, but she has that compassion that is ingrained in all nurses. She has transformed me, it is absolutely shocking the difference she has made in me. Not only has she helped me achieve my skin goals, but she has also helped instill in me the confidence that I have been chasing for years in myself. Every single person here has helped transform me into the most beautiful version of myself, and I am forever grateful to all of the staff here. It actually wasn't until I wrote this review when I saw my before and after pictures that I really saw what a difference the products and care have done for me. I have been through it. Hair loss, hyperpigmentation, skin redness, wrinkles, irritation... you name it. It's been a rollercoaster, and all of them have been with me through the entire process, guiding me and reassuring me the entire way. Going to Contour Dermatology has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here for all of your skin concerns and have recommended them to all my friends and family. They have your back for life! I can't wait for my next visit and will be going here forever!

The day before my first appointment they cancelled and said the Dr. had an emergency surgery. Okay fine, I understand but then they said another month out. I schedule another month out and the day before the appointment they cancelled AGAIN but this time 3 months out. I ask if they can fit me in anytime soon because I've been dealing with chronic migraines for 6 years and if they cancelled the appointment I would think they'd try to fit you in the absolute next possible time. This kept repeatedly happening until my referral was expired (which they knew since it was on the paper that was given to them). Completely unprofessional and I will not recommend to anyone. Be aware if your service isn't considered high profile enough or if you're going through insurance! 0/10 experience.
