I have thought about breast augmentation since I was 14 years old. I have always had a small chest and although there is nothing wrong with that, I had three kids and breast fed all three of them. Horrible place. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY VIOLATE HIPAA! I normally saw a nurse there and had zero issues. I had only been there a couple times. I had an appt but was told my normal nurse had left (I don't blame here after my experience) so they scheduled me with another provider Vickie. She seemed welcoming before I entered the room. Not 2 minutes after the door was shut it opened (without a knock I might add) and some young girl came in and said she does social media for the office. She asked if she could take a picture of my procedure. I said No, I had zero make up on and I looked horrible. Both her and the provider both convinced me that I looked just fine and "beautiful". I agreed but specifically said via words and hands gestures that I didn't want anything shown from the eyes down. She agreed. I might add that there was no written consent form for my pictures being taken. Soon after the procedure was done she keeps trying to up sell me on other procedures. Totally pushy. When I got home I took a look at their post on IG and I was horrified to see that they didn't acknowledge anything I said about what not to take picture of. I messaged them immediately and asked them to remove it. I will be contacting HIPAA and reporting this. So many people have probably seen that post and for my my procedures are very private!! Dr.Miles is the best! He is so sweet and caring but doesn't waste time when it comes to getting you results! I have been seeing him for keloid injections on my chest and shoulders. After my first session they almost laid completely flat! I also asked him about a bump I had on my wrist (ganglion cyst) and he told me next time I come in if it's still bothering me he could aspirate it. The Next time I came in he injected all of my keloids and aspirated my cyst. It was overall an easy and painless procedure. His medical assistant is very sweet and caring as well. I feel l can tell a lot just by that. I first met with Vicki, and then the surgeon, Dr. Miles, came in to introduce himself. Vicki is glowing and her face is flawless. Everyone else there looks beautiful and happy. I felt instantly comfortable about trusting my treatments to her, once l met with her. This is a place where there truly are no stupid questions. I am 5 weeks post op from a TT and muscle repair. Dr. Kim is my surgeon. I can't begin to tell u how grateful I am for Dr. Kim and her staff at AI. From the beginning they were professional kind and consistent. Dr. Kim was so compassionate while listening to my concerns in my consultation and understood what I wanted and needed. She was very careful to explain what she recommended to address my concerns but also she was very careful to express the realistic or possible outcome which I truly appreciated. I knew after my consult she was doctor I felt "understood the assignment" and that she did! Dr. Kim essentially gave me a factory reset of my pre- pregnancy body and I am grateful. My results get better each day for far I have had no set backs. Prior to having surgery I did sign up for the Bloom weight management program at AI so I could get down to my ideal weight before my surgery and I did just that I made my goal weight prior to surgery and I am just under my goal weight 5 weeks post op. Surgery 11/2017 He deserves zero stars. Dr. Miles removed my saline breast implants which I'd had for 24 years. He made claims of being experienced in this procedure. The right breast was encapsulated and he was to remove the both implants and capsules. This is customary for this procedure. In my opinion and experience, Dr. Miles skill set and bedside manner is poor. He didn't even show up to my post op appointment, which I'm sure was due to the shameful results. During surgery, Dr. Miles dug out all off the breast tissue and capsule( on right-lower )and and left in the capsule on the upper portion on right breast which ultimately left me botched and deformed. I would never recommend him despite his credentials...he's inexperienced and was practicing me. read more

I had Botox and my lips done with heather today. It was my first time for both, and it was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and educated me on both procedures.
