The most inconsiderate receptionist of allllll time. It's Always horrible to get my prescriptions ? Numerous calls by the pharmacy as well as myself to no avail. It's so stressful dealing with this incompetency over and over again. I'm currently waiting and have Been waiting for 2 weeks for a prescription renewal. My office experience is very good. My care is the best I've had in a while as far asthma and allergies are concerned. I've had trouble with my breathing and my allergies are extremely bad. Dr Gorenberg and his staff has helped me tremendously. I'm glad I finally got better attention for my needs. read more

This was my 4th visit to this office, but today 06/26/2025 was an experience that was not only uncalled for but very unprofessional by not only by one of their staff but by Dr.Gorenberg himself. One of the M.A.'s asked me rudly why I was placed in another waiting room area and rolled her eyes at me. I was then taken to the 1st room to have a respiratory exam, when done I was placed in the exam roon and had my 2nd examination this time was to be pricked for the food allergy exam. The M.A. that placed me in the waiting room, nicely asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager and I said yes to make a complaint, I remainded in the room until the manager came in with the M.A. that was rude to me from before, We discussed the issue of her being rude and during this time the young M.A. who was later identified to me again rolled her eyes and began to argue with me. I then came out and stated that I was a nurse and in my 23 years of being a nurse had never experienced such behavior. She stated to me that she was offened that I said that she behaved to me in such a manner. I told her that you may not have realized how you behaved since you were that one that did it. She then began to yell at me and that was when I then i responded shouting for her to leave the room multiple times. All the time the manager in the room did not know what to do and how to handle the situation. When asked to speak to Dr. Gorenberg, he too came in already with preconceived idea of what happened. Not only did he and his staff commit multiple violations one of which on Dr. Gorenberg part was #1-patient abandonment for then refusing to see me after that. When asked Dr. Gorenberg stated that he believed his M.A. instead of believing the patient that experienced this in his office. Not only did I file a grievance with IEHP insurance I plan on filing a complaint with the California medical board for patient abandonment. Remember you always have a right if your not treated right in any medical clinic or medical facility to report any kind of misconduct. always know your rights. read more

My mom has ambulatory issues and we were finally able to get her an appointment. Once there she was upsold an additional hearing aid that she didn't need by Eric (not sure of a last name). When she questioned this with both her doctor he sheepishly admitted that she didn't have to have the additional equipment but it is highly recommended. She has repeatedly called back to the office due to issues with the hearing aids and can get no answer or call back. This places only seems to care about the money not the patient. read more

Doctor is pleasant, however the overall customer experience is extremely inconvenient. This facility refuses to allow patients receiving allergy injections to make appointments, forcing them to be walk ins. Upon walking in for an injection I am told I have an HOUR wait time. Even more inconvenient, I was told I could sign in, leave, and receive a phone call when they're ready for me, but if I'm not back within 5 minutes I have to wait another hour. Additionally, I came in another day, this time early for an allergy injection, and the office was randomly closed. I live 40 mins away, they could have at least notified patients via email. My experience with this office has not been pleasant, and I will be looking elsewhere for future injections. read more

I've been meaning to share this information since our first appointment last week. Dr. Gorenberg is absolutely awesome! We're so happy with this new allergist for our son. He actually reminds me a little bit of a young Steve Martin! In his office, he likes to collect Victorian artifacts and his "personal interior decorator" did an amazing job in working with different textures and the flooring. He has these doors that look like old dungeon doors and his hallway is just amazing with these stained glass windows. ** More importantly **, Dr. Gorenberg is a really, really good doctor! He took his time explaining all of our options, reading his charts and answering all of our questions. His staff is super sweet and friendly. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Gorenberg for over 25 years. His father was my mother's allergist and got me an appointment for my food allergies. I see the current holder of the title with the son. I have never been in the company of a more caring and charming doctor. He's jovial, highly intelligent just like his dad and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I actually look forward to getting my shots. I would recommend his services to everyone. read more

Dr Gorenberg and his staff are absolutely amazing! We drive 45-50 min each way just to see him and his staff. My daughter was 7 when she started getting allergy shots and being so young, it was very traumatic for her. She cried every visit for about 4 months going twice a week. She got to know the staff so well and before I knew it, she couldn't wait to get her 3 shots and see her "friends"! The staff is so kind and made my girl feel loved and cared about. I would highly recommend Dr Gorenberg to anyone, and I have done so many times. He has multiple other offices for your convenience and if you aren't near one like me, it is well worth the drive to get amazing service and care like he and his staff give! Complete RIP OFF!!! It costs $200 for the office visit. Then, it costs $90 to "evaluate wheezing"... shouldn't that be included in the office visit? Besides the fact I NEVER even complained of wheezing... Then I was billed another $150 for a breathing test. WHAT? You are going to charge me $150 to breathe into a cardboard tube? Also, shouldn't that be included in the office visit? Then they charged me $1680 for the allergy skin test. That is outrageous! $1680 to prick my back 90 or so times? All of this was one two hour visit. They never gave me any pricing before administering any of these things. I don't even remember asking for them... but I'm sure I signed something. Good thing I didn't go to the bathroom while I was there. I would hate to see how much it cost to do that. Before getting my bill I went back to have the test results read. Guess what? Yup - $200. They told me that I was allergic to a bunch of different pollen (shocker - already knew that). And they told me I was very allergic to a few foods, the ones I didn't know about were almonds and sesame seeds. I found that strange since I eat almonds everyday and drink almond milk and eat hummus often - never having any adverse affects. I told them that and the response was "Oh, hmmm.... well these things aren't definite. Other things can be factors and things can change." What?!?! So, my bill comes to over $2300 and you can't tell me anything? RIP OFF!!!! What a SCAM! I never saw the guy Gorenburg. I don't know how much it costs to see him. The first visit I saw a fellow who is a practitioner or something. Super impersonal. I was asking questions and he basically gave me one word answers and/or grunts in response - like I was wasting his time or something (at $700/hour, I don't think any patient is a waste of time). The second time we saw a lady and she was much nicer, but didn't know why their tests said I was allergic to things which I eat regularly with no adverse affects. She also said things that contradicted the first guy and when I asked her about it, she said "well, there are different schools of thought". Seriously? Your in the same office! Get your stuff together. Better yet, shut down and stop ripping people off. read more

This was my first visit here and from the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. There was a young lady sweeping and she pointed me to the right direction to get started. Since I was in the area, I decided to drop by and surprisingly they just so happen to have an appt available that same day! After I was checked in, I was then offered tea, coffee or water while I waited. The decorations in the waiting room are definitely something to look at so I enjoyed the scene while I sipped my tea. All of the staff is so warm and pleasant. Now as for Dr. Gorenberg, he took his time and listened to everything that I had to say. He was patient and very detailed. Once he asked if I was prescribed an Epi Pen and I said yes, he then asked me if I knew how to use it (which I did not) so he gave me a tutorial with the dummy pen and made me do it on my own to be sure I knew what I was doing. 5 stars from start to finish! read more
