The decorations in the waiting room are definitely something to look at so I enjoyed the scene while I sipped my tea.

This place is a joke. When I needed a primary care authorization earlier this year, they claimed…read morethey had requested it. I waited a few weeks, assuming it was being handled, since they told me they had contacted my doctor. When I checked with the allergy clinic, they said they never received the authorization. I called my PCP's office, and they confirmed they had not received any request -- but said they would submit it right away. Two days later, the authorization came through. My PCP faxed it over, but when I called to schedule my shots, the allergy clinic claimed they still hadn't received it. I contacted my PCP again, and they had to call the allergist directly to confirm it was received. By the time I could finally schedule my allergy shots, I had to go back to biweekly injections instead of monthly. After several visits, I was told I could return to monthly dosing. However, when I came back a month later, they had miscounted the dosages and told me I'd have to go back to biweekly for another month. On top of that, they never have change when I bring cash for my copay, and they charge a service fee for using a debit or credit card. And when I asked for a refill of my allergy medication, they said I needed to schedule a consultation -- which would require a higher copay. I ended up just getting the prescription directly from my PCP.

I know there is negative reviews for this doctor, however she listened to what I said and was able…read moreto refill my prescriptions. Optum has lost all allergy doctors and I am grateful for her.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Dzvonick. I've been dealing with Kaiser for the last 10 years and am…read moreabsolutely fed up with their one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare. I really felt like another number instead of a patient. Dr. Dzvonick is a great listener, is reasonable, and is clearly in this business to make a positive impact in his patients' lives. His services are worth every penny.

Bizarre First off,…read morewebsite is deceiving as it says $320 for a consult and lab tests. Only after I paid for my consult and the additional tests did the receptionist tell me the little "2" at the end of the description leads to a footnote where the tests are separate. So my bill was almost $900 for a 35 minute consult and one saliva hormone kit and a blood test. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the website. My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

Do not come here! I had my son's sleep study done through them and they told me on his post sleep…read morestudy appointment that his results were normal and though his tonsils were enlarged he was fine and he would grow into them. Then the pandemic hit. After the pandemic I took my son back to his primary physician to do an annual check-up on my kiddos. She asked me how his surgery went which at that time I told her that they told me he was fine and did not need it. This is when she turned the computer screen around and pointed to the test results which stated that my son had moderate to severe sleep apnea and that surgery was recommended to remove the adenoids and tonsils. Now we have to go through the whole process all over again. I would not recommend this office at all. We are now going through the whole process again and I refused the referral to this office.

Got a referral for my son. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a week now. They're…read morephone system sucks. I've had it hang up on me and I've been on the line FOREVER!!!! I'm in my car trying as I type this, and I never get through. They need to update their phones. Needles to say I might have to physically drive down there to schedule an appointment, which kind of defeats the purpose as to why phones were invented. Needles to say, we're off to a very bad start!

But of course they didn't tell me that during my phone consolidation, or when I scheduled my follow up appointment. They did a quick 10 minute skin test, then did a real test to find out my body didn't respond at all since I still had those meds in my system. I picked up my prescriptions like usual and had a new emergency medicine I didn't even know was from them. The man's name who I spoke to wasn't on it. I also didn't know I had to bring my own inhaler they claimed I couldn't use their equipment because of Covid. I didn't know a medical test could be done without using the facility's medical equipment. The girl administrating the test was nice, but I got a total of 2 minutes with the pa. It's disappointing I spent more time finding the building than with the person who can answer my questions. Lastly, the receptionist were unprofessional I had to ask for my id and insurance card back before I left since they forgot they still had it. You could also hear them talking and laughing loudly like most clinics. The clinic is like if a dollar tree company owned it. The walls were dirty, needed to be repainted, peeling paint, the walls were bare, the stool was old and rusted, the chairs were the small metal kind you see in a school.
