The second ENT at least referred me to Doctor Sieberling and I haven't seen anyone else since! Doctor Sieberling did a thorough exam and thorough testing on my situation. I ended up needing sinus surgery. Doctor Sieberling is truly amazing. She is an excellent doctor with fantastic bedside manner and a phenomenal surgeon. Her office staff is friendly, professional and responsive. I still continue to visit this office for maintenance care and check ups. I continue to be forever thankful for this office and grateful for Doctor Seiberling!

My father was diagnosed of stage IV throat cancer at City of Hope in June 2014. Due to insurance…read moreissue, he had to be transferred to his local doctors for intense radiation therapy and chemotherapy after their tumor board decided on his treatment plan. His health deteriorated but he was able to pull through it all and recovered. A year into his recovery, he tragically started smoking again. His throat cancer then returned and the tumor was growing much more rapidly this time around. His previous doctor referred us to an ENT physician at Riverside Community Hospital. My father and I met with this resident surgeon who conducted himself in the utmost incompetent and uncertain way and advised us that he and and other three resident surgeons would do laryngectomy on my father. My father couldn't even be convinced that the surgery would make him recover again. During this time, my father's shortness of breath worsened everyday to the point he felt suffocated. He was on so many medications and had to carry oxygen tanks with him all the time. It was emotionally painful and unbearable to be around and see him suffer. His conditions worsened and he started to be in and out of emergency room. Eventually ER doctor had to perform tracheostomy and my father stayed in ICU for a week. He was then sent to a rehab center for recovery. Upon his discharge, we managed to find a new ENT doctor, Dr. Carvalho in Hemet. Dr. Carvalho finally referred us to Dr. Steve Lee at Loma Linda University Medical Center for laryngectomy. I wrote all the above because I want people to know that my family has seen a lot of doctors ranging from top notch City of Hope dctors to resident surgeons in community hospital. If you manage to find Dr. Lee at the very beginning in your journey, you should know how truly blessed you are, and you should look no further. It took us a long and painful journey to get to him. In January of 2017, Dr. Lee and his team performed laryngectomy and throat reconstruction for my father. The surgery was a success and my father has since then been cancer free and he is able to speak with his voice prothesis. Everyone in the family including myself thought we were about to lose my dad sometime before his laryngectomy, but he has recovered and started a new life. All of this is because of the beyond exceptional care he has received from Dr. Lee and his team. Dr. Lee is warm and genuinely caring. He's calm, reassuring and pleasant to be around. His humble and down-to-earth character almost makes you feel like he is just a neighbor next door and not a God-like surgeon. After many years being under Dr. Lee's care, it made us realize Dr. Lee is truly one of a kind. He is a top rated surgeon who is driven by his calling and passion as a doctor and he is wholly committed on academic research and striving to provide the best patient care with his team.

The office staff is friendly, professional and responsive. Pharmacy refills are also a piece of cake. For now, I'm simply on maintenance care and checkups to make sure everything still looks good, and it does! So thankful for this office and Doctor Sieberling!

From billing fraud, medical documents & medical records to violating HIPAA, refusing to treat, giving wrong diagnosis to generate more income by running unnecessary tests and treatment to receive kickbacks. The staff is lazy, rude, and frankly incompetent. overall extremely unprofessional. One staff member in particular is arrogant,on a massive ego trip,angry and unhappy. Her facial expressions,rolling of the eyes, argumentative tone, condescending, callus, defensive, and combative.Lacking all empathy. I was a patient for approx a year . Only had one office visit with kJordan. During that visit I was asked to perform a series of tests ie; drawing a clock, walking in a straight line, balancing on 1 foot without arm usage etc. Jordan made insulting comments through out the entire visit "You really should be seeing a therapist" "you are very sensitive and emotional" "You aren't acting normal I recommend you seeing a psychiatrist" "these tests aren't that hard" "you aren't even trying". He mocked me and he scolded me. I received a new med, referrals to a therapist and psychiatrist.Also,requesting an EEG,MRI and a 1 hour neuro psych evaluation. After starting the new medication I had experienced some random extreme symptoms.I contacted the office multi x to inform of a reaction. April of 2022 The EEG was preformed by a staff member and by her own admission "I'm still going to school" "Dr.Jordan is a very sweet man and super cool" she explained her sister JENNIFER from HE double HOCKEY STICKS has been working for him for years and that's why he's letting her do the job. "But don't tell anyone". She went on to provide me with other personal details. An accident and hurting her back. Not being able to work. Her physical restrictions on the daily and on a job site. Her daily struggles, finances etc. At this time I expressed my health concerns and requested to speak to KJordan. He directed to "take another 30 day dose" "Your immune system will build up tolerance". He stated "it's all in your head" "you are thinking about it too much" "doesn't seem to be bothering you right now" "there's no need for me to prescribe any meds to fight the reaction let it pass". I left and the reaction got worse. I reached out, I offered to email pictures of my reaction before taking another round. Jennifer responded with "we don't have an email address." "We don't use one the Dr is old school". We continued to play phone tag. She contacted me through out the course of many months and relayed " the Dr wants you to continue medication and He will send over another refill today but, no new medications. Not until you complete a psych eval" "Dr Jordan will not treat your allergic reaction or give any recommendations for migraine treatment until you complete all test" "Dr Jordan is going to contact ur GP to discuss your med plan, allergic reaction(s)etc." " The Dr did contact your GP and they both agree not to treat you due to needing other type of help". She continued to interrogate me and instruct me to discontinue all contact until Ive completed the eval. I eventually did the evaluation and the staff still refused to schedule me. Jordan withheld all information and treatment also instructing his staff too. He caused me pain on so many levels. I even filed a grievance and With that came an extreme level of retaliation. Being accused of drug seeking, faking symptoms, Lying, not cooperating and so on. I requested a copy of my medical records. By which were mailed to me via USPS in an old distorted envelope that was to small, she had wrapped scotch tape around to prevent further ripping. Without any regard for my privacy. Within those records it showed falsifying of dates and times, number of visits and phone calls, physician notations, physician signatures, and private emails between Jordan and a psychiatrist. The same psychiatrist he referred me to that works at loma linda. She thanked him for sending patients to her. She stated "she's a great candidate" She shared our session "summery" notes in detail verbatim. She admitted to recording our session. Jordan refers all his patients as standard practice to this psychiatrist. Pure disgust!!!! Till this day I have yet to receive my original entire records and test results. Between KJordan and Jennifer they were difficult and worked very hard to push me out once I started speaking up And No one ever answers the phone. They never return any voicemails. I highly do not recommend this outdated "neurologist" and or the entire practice.

My psychiatrist was unreassuring during my appointment, so he suggested that I meet with his boss and the owner of the establishment, Dr. Desai, to address my concerns. I appreciated the redirection and agreed to meet with him in person. We scheduled an appointment for September 17th at 1:30 PM. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from Dr. Desai at approximately 12:45 PM. I reminded him that we had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM, but he told me that he did not see the appointment on his end. I simply told him that I felt this was unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling issue or attempting to resolve the situation, he became upset by my comment and told me that I could call my insurance and find someone else. That response was extremely disappointing, especially considering that he is the owner of the establishment. Mistakes with scheduling can happen, but what matters is how you take accountability and treat the patient when a mistake occurs. I was not expecting perfection--I was expecting professionalism, communication, and accountability. Being told to simply find another provider after I raised a reasonable concern was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling dismissed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and taken seriously, especially when they are seeking mental health care.

He is caring, listens, and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He's conservative with medications (an excellent quality) and, if meds are necessary, he knows how to "finesse" them so they work well for each individual and their different needs/drug reactions and interactions. Anyone would be lucky to have Dr. Wang as their physician. I drive all the way to Redlands from Pasadena just to see this great man.
