It's signed as "Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group" or "RYMG" or something other than his name, so finding it the first time is tricky. There is ample parking in the complex. Office: The medical office is standard office. There are several chairs in a smaller waiting room, but it can become standing room only. There's a TV. Appointment: Expect to wait up to an hour after your scheduled appointment time. This, alone, would prompt me to find a different medical provider, but I think Dr. Osmoni falls behind because he actually listens to patients. I never feel that he's hurrying my description or explanation. He'll have an actual conversation with you about your health. Redlands Yucaipa Medical Group: I haven't had as good experience with other doctors in the RYMG. I think his referrals are to other doctors in that group. I now schedule specialist appointments with people outside of this group because other than Dr. Osmani, I've been disappointed.

I simply asked to be sent my results through email and they said yes and never did. Called again same results it was now 3 times. So I went in person and the girl at the front desk told me they are not allowed to give me MY results In person or email till I consulted them with a physician. I asked if that was an office policy? She said no and repeatedly told me they could not give me my results till I spoke to a doctor. She then asked me if I wanted a doctor appt over the phone for a $200 consultation for people without insurance and a follow up . I do not have insurance. I said no. The wait time was an hour multiple times for a 5 minute appointment. I work at a hospital and I am a medical professional and I felt like I was herded like cattle in this office. At my first appointment, Dr. Brar was wonderful. Kind, compassionate, and explained that I would need monthly growth scans and then scans every two weeks later in my pregnancy. I have absolutely no complaints about the care. What I do have a problem with is the office's inconsistency and lack of respect for patients' time. At my first visit, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for what ended up being about a 10-minute NT scan. While I was waiting, I noticed the office has a sign stating that children are not allowed. However, there were multiple children in the waiting room, and I watched another family ask if they could bring their children and husband back for the ultrasound. The staff said yes. I also saw children coming in and out of the ultrasound area throughout my visit. Based on that experience, it was obvious the policy was being applied with flexibility. Today, I arrived for my 8:15 a.m. appointment with my daughter because I had no other childcare option. We are a one-income family, and my husband works long hours. My daughter was quietly sitting in her stroller and was not disruptive in any way. The very first thing I was told was, "No kids allowed." I explained that children had been allowed during my previous visit, but the receptionist didn't acknowledge what I said and simply continued typing. Rather than argue, I asked her to cancel my appointment and all of my future appointments. Policies are completely understandable, but they should be enforced consistently. If children truly aren't allowed, then that rule should apply to everyone--not just some patients. It's frustrating to see exceptions made for others but not when you genuinely have no other option. Between the excessive wait time at my first appointment and the inconsistent enforcement of office policies, I chose to continue my care elsewhere.
