Dirty, rude, the techs never talk during ultrasound, I saw Dr. Brar once went here for my first pregnancy and my baby possibly had SMA and I went into his office where he had two tall piles of charts on his desk. Asked if I wanted to do Amniocentesis (needle in belly) to check for SMA to be 100% if I was negative and I said no then he said okay sign refusal and then the tech or assistant walked me out. Never saw him again went at least once a month for my high risk scans due to high blood pressure. The techs never talked during the exam. When my OB wanted me to do NST I asked to do them at their office. Dr.Brars office had these old dirty lazy boy chairs that couldn't be cleaned from patient to patient. The wait time was an hour multiple times for a 5 minute appointment. I work at a hospital and I am a medical professional and I felt like I was herded like cattle in this office. We have limited medical resources for high risk Doctors in this area and he takes advantage of it. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like other patients should know about my experience. I was referred here because I'm considered a high-risk pregnancy due to my age and multiple previous miscarriages. At my first appointment, Dr. Brar was wonderful. Kind, compassionate, and explained that I would need monthly growth scans and then scans every two weeks later in my pregnancy. I have absolutely no complaints about the care. What I do have a problem with is the office's inconsistency and lack of respect for patients' time. At my first visit, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for what ended up being about a 10-minute NT scan. While I was waiting, I noticed the office has a sign stating that children are not allowed. However, there were multiple children in the waiting room, and I watched another family ask if they could bring their children and husband back for the ultrasound. The staff said yes. I also saw children coming in and out of the ultrasound area throughout my visit. Based on that experience, it was obvious the policy was being applied with flexibility. Today, I arrived for my 8:15 a.m. appointment with my daughter because I had no other childcare option. We are a one-income family, and my husband works long hours. My daughter was quietly sitting in her stroller and was not disruptive in any way. The very first thing I was told was, "No kids allowed." I explained that children had been allowed during my previous visit, but the receptionist didn't acknowledge what I said and simply continued typing. Rather than argue, I asked her to cancel my appointment and all of my future appointments. Policies are completely understandable, but they should be enforced consistently. If children truly aren't allowed, then that rule should apply to everyone--not just some patients. It's frustrating to see exceptions made for others but not when you genuinely have no other option. Between the excessive wait time at my first appointment and the inconsistent enforcement of office policies, I chose to continue my care elsewhere. read more

I am not one to leave negative reviews, I have attended this clinic for my third pregnancy now. This doctor has 9 offices and this clinic is definitely a front for something, they only accept cash or if you want to pay with card its super complicated, I had to call a number to charge my card and it took three days for the charge to go through. The techs never talk and when they do, they are so rude, one of them ripped me a new one for having 1 coffee per day (max 75mg caffeine) saying I was giving my baby DRUGS- like really?? I was led to another room with these gross recliners and a woman saw me who said she was Dr. Brar, I have seen Dr. Brar and he was a man. Maybe it is a relative who is also a doctor but it was so weird that was never explained. Anyone who is referred here should decline and go somewhere else. if there was zero stars I would select that option. read more

Title: A Truly Disappointing Experience at Dr. Brar's Office Dr. Brar's office has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a medical office. From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic consideration for patients. The staff came across as rude, unprofessional, and lacking any meaningful bedside manner. Communication from the ultrasound technicians was poor, which made an already uncomfortable experience even more frustrating. The cleanliness of the office was particularly disturbing. The bathroom had urine stains on the toilet seat, and there were massive spiderwebs on the ceiling--something you are literally forced to stare at while undergoing an ultrasound. The overall environment felt neglected and completely lacking in the cleanliness and professionalism I would expect from a medical facility. To make matters worse, patients are routinely left waiting nearly an hour past their scheduled appointment times. If you're going to keep pregnant women waiting for that long, the absolute least you can provide is access to water. Unfortunately, there was no water available for patients during these excessive waits. Overall, this office desperately needs to improve its cleanliness, communication, staff professionalism, patient care, and respect for people's time. A medical office should make patients feel cared for and comfortable--not ignored, rushed, or subjected to an unhygienic environment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office read more

This place is a disgrace. After ours was deemed a high risk pregnancy, my wife and I were referred here to receive an anatomy scan. We've since been here five times, and every single time we have been here, the staff has been unbelievably rude. When I say rude, I don't mean an isolated incident or one person. It's every. Single. Person. The bathroom is filthy, with paper towels and toilet paper everywhere. They have a little kitchen area and there are old dishes and half eaten food sitting around for all to see. Spider webs in corners. During our most recent visit, I found an ant crawling up my leg. They also invite no less than four or five random students in to watch every ultrasound with no regard for patient privacy. The doctor should be mortified to have his name associated with this dump. Alas, even after five visits, we still never met him, so it seems he cares about as much as the ice queen staff he has working here. Ask your provider for a referral to ANY. OTHER. ESTABLISHMENT! read more

Prepare to wait to be seen although you have an appointment. You will never be seen on time. There was black mold on the ceiling tiles from a roof leak and I had to bring it to manager Liz because no one cares. When I talked to Liz, she seemed bothered and short with me. The office is dirty, hand prints on the doors, dirty floors. Some of the staff are warm and nice, others are cold and short. I do not recommend. read more

I wish there was a 0 star selection. This was the worst experience at a Dr.'s office I could have had. The office is DISGUSTING. looks like it has not been cleaned in quite some time. smears and handprints all over windows, brown smears and dirt on walls and baseboards, stained brown ceiling tiles from what appears to be a water leak, cob webs hanging from light fixtures, bathroom had overflowing trash, dirty walls, dirty door, dirty mirrors etc. everywhere I looked was gross and had not been cleaned. FURTHERMORE - the ultrasound tech was the worst. No bedside manner. I went in for my anatomy scan pretty anxiety ridden to start with, she explained nothing, blew through things so quickly I could not see anything. She made me feel stupid for being there too early, even though it was my OB who booked the appt not me. when I asked questions she seemed annoyed I was speaking. finally at the end she slowed down a bit to show us the baby, there was a beautiful view of the baby, she moved and said ok ill give you this scary skeleton image! okkkk?? and Finally - when they were done with the scan, the assistant sloppily wiped the goo off me, and pulled me up, open the door and started guiding me out of the room while my shorts were still down to my pelvic area and my shirt was up. I left absolutely astounded and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. It was the worst experience I could have had for something that should have been exciting and happy. If you have any way possible to go anywhere but here - do that. read more

This place sucks at scheduling, just waited 1.5 hours to be seen for 10 minutes. Staff is straight up rude and don't care how long they keep you waiting, horrible attitudes. There are also 3 Dr. Brars and they don't specify which one you are meeting with, very misleading read more

The office experience has not been very great. They're very long wait times even when arriving to your appointment on time. Sometimes I'll be waiting for an hour to an hour and a half. And I often feel like an barn animal not a human. They rarely talk to you or explain what's going on and when I request possibly photos they're very strict which really was a bad experience for me since this is the only office that provided photos my regular OB or any other visits did not provide any sort of baby photos. I really would appreciate if they would have bedside manner improved and just overall communication improved. If pregnant again, I will be strongly trying to find anyone but this office to go to. I've heard that other patients have had this similar experience. Hopefully, they pay attention to reviews and maybe offer some communication to future patients. I do feel the doctor is thorough even though he fails to look you in the eye during the entire conversation. read more

Awful, awful experience!! The nurses and techs are nice but the office is so dirty. Wait times are long. We had appointments back to back and sometimes they forgot about our second appointment and we would be waiting for over an hour until they remembered we were there. Not only that but the tech found something concerning in one of my ultrasounds so Dr. Brar came in for literally what felt like 5 seconds and said everything was fine. NOPE!! Turns out I had placenta accreta and percreta and almost died in my c-section. 2 months later, 2 emergency surgeries and possibly more due to what he missed. I wish I could go back and tell that tech she was right. He's the only specialist in town and is absolutely terrible. Wish I could give a zero. This rating does not represent the techs or nurses! read more

So far so good, I haven't experience any problems or delay or wait time issues. If you can't make it it's best to call them and explain that you can't make it and you won't be punished or dropped. Jessica who is in the front is always so courteous and understanding. The RN name Fawn for NST is very knowledgeable and kind. The student techs are very polite. The Ultrasound technician Vanessa is professional. Bathroom is clean, all their tools and equipment are maintained sanitary. read more

I had multiple visits for routine ultrasounds. Each time I waited 45-60 minutes past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The staff was friendly but the office was always packed or seemed in slow motion. read more

Was referred to this office by my OB for NT Scan and was worried by some of the prior reviews. Upon arrival and being seen: The staff was fantastic, informative and helpful. The billing office who took my copay by phone was great. A very professional Ultrasound Tech performed my scan with 2 students observing who were also very professional. The facility was clean and pleasant. I was seen on time. Overall, I had a very good experience with Dr. Brar, office, and staff. read more

I saw Dr. Brar yesterday and he was amazing. He was very nice and seemed like he had my best interest in what steps to take in terms of genetic testing. He treated me well and has honestly been the nicest medical professional towards me during my pregnancy. I had a great experience. The office staff, generic counselor, and nurses were extremely nice and helpful. read more

This place a joke. Staff is rude and no ever told us that no kids were permitted. This insurance is a joke and so is all the providers. Such a shame our work kicked Kaiser to the curb and went with this junk. read more

If you schedule your appt, be prepared to be seen about 1.5 hours after it. They call in people who complain enough to go in first. It's ridiculous. The ladies are rude and the ultrasound techs seem to hate working there. I can't stand having to attend this place. No one should have to wait almost 2 hours past their appt to get seen. I am livid. read more

I didn't know kids weren't allowed so I had my daughter with me and my mom. This girl working there (not the front desk), as she was walking pass me, says " no kids allowed not even in the waiting room" not even nice about it. I had to drive my family somewhere to wait bc my mom doesn't drive and drove back to my appointment. It's fine if she had just been nice about it. I had no idea that kids weren't allowed. It was my second visit so far here and i already am not looking forward to my up coming appointments that I'll be having in this place. read more

Not clean and not professional. One of the top things I expect out of a medical office is cleanliness and this place did not have it. There where stains on the carpets, old furniture, cobwebs, and stables and tape all over the walls. You would think they could pay someone to clean the place daily. Comparing the place with where we went with our first child (loma linda hospital) it is lacking. There was not a serious atmosphere and everything felt rushed. Lastly you see Dr. Brar himself and he sits in a messy office with a stack of paperwork on his lap. It just didn't sit well with me. The other staff where fine but I expect a more professional and clean environment. I would recommend a different place and we will not be visiting any of Brar locations again. Go to Loma Linda if you can they take it much more seriously. read more

Worst place thank god I'm almost finished , this place is disgusting always dirty the only time it looked clean was a couple months ago when they had their students cleaning . I've heard the employees talking about a trans patient which is so unacceptable and are always talking inappropriately around patients . they don't even check up on me when I am doing my NSTs at one point I was waiting 15+ mins after my 20 min mark , I'm not one to complain but since I'm so far along and so uncomfortable waiting on a chair longer then I need is not right especially if I'm in pain . I have never had a problem at any other office my only question is why do these employees work here if they don't do the job correctly if your gonna work somewhere make sure you love your job . I hope management does something about it and makes sure their workers are following guidelines like no long nails (was one of my problems when I got scratched by an employee) . They are always on their phones wasting everyone's time the longest I have waited was an hour after my appointment time and the whole time the two receptionist in the front one was Jessica and I don't know the other girls name but they were talking inappropriately and making patients uncomfortable I had even made eye contact with another patient because of how shocked I was . four more weeks and I'm done read more

Having a high risk pregnancy can be scary! But at Dr. Brar's office in Redlands, they treated me like they cared and helped to calm my nerves with their kindness and attentive approach to my care and baby's well being. I appreciated my time there and hope that my review can give other mommas-to-be some ease knowing that they are in good hands. read more
