Had to do a hearing test and the people here were amazing! Carlos was the zoom doc...which at first took me bit to understand why-but when explained, totally understood. But he was there for the whole test..he was great...answered all my questions, very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. The girl administering the text was also amazing and very friendly. I have been a customer of Connect hearing aids for about 8 years now. And I have to say the Riverside Canyon Crest location is the absolute worst location I've ever been to. On several occasions, they canceled my appointments and only told me the day of they canceling it. On another occasion, they refused to fix my hearing aid because it is out of warranty. I told them I would pay the service fees. They said they would not and can not. I stayed on the phone every 2 hours in between 2 calls to understand why I'm being canceled after I drove over an hour from work in Victorville. The only response I got back was that they were going into a meeting, and since the appointment was canceled, they were not going to see me. I kept trying to explain the hardship this has caused me in my work as a court official. But the lady kept cutting me off from speaking. This experience was terrible no matter how many times I tried to rectify it. Connect hearing you should be ashamed of yourself, your customer service, your lack of empathy and compassion, and most importantly, to represent a reputable company as such. When you check my background, you will see I have referred to over 15 people, and 10 of the 15 have made purchases from your company. Too sad to bad. read more

This place is very clean, but has no fax machine to fax report to ordering physician. it's your responsibility to get the report to your physician. This hearing center charges a office visit fee even you are there to do hearing test only. There is no office visit with any physicians. The staffs claim they do not Molina doesn't cover the visit, but there is no " visit". Also, make sure you bring your medi-cal card regardless you have moline or IEHP cards. read more

EVEN AFTER GETTING A 45% DISCOUNT, YOU STILL END UP PAYING A LOT MORE.It appears that these people think that by advertising a huge discount if you are a member of a certain organization, you will get a deal of a lifetime. NOT TRUE. Immediately upon arriving at their location, they took my card and told me that I was going to get this discount on all hearing aids. Being extremely happy, I saw the technician..who told me that after giving me this fantastic discount, a BASIC pair of hearing aids will cost me 2400 dollars. WHAT A DEAL. Being an educated customer, I found similar hearing aids at various nationally recognized stores for as low as 1700 dollars with the same guarantee, free batteries etc. These guys at Connect Hearing bait you into visiting them, then they put on the high pressure and goad you to buy their hearing aids. This is a true example of business that indulges in deceptive sales practices. SHOP AROUND ...you will save a lot of money. read more
