My daughter was referred to this doctor and there is an AI recording and telling you to register at a website that has been hacked. You call back for the office and you cannot get through to not even an answering machine. You go to the website and you can't login because you're a new patient. I will never go to this doctor. I tried sending them messages, calling them, I've reached out to my insurance Anthem for help and no one is doing anything! They're sending me 2 separate copays and my daughter has never even been seen by them! They claim we had a phone consultation, but the doctor was just asking me questions I can't believe he charged for that. They kept canceling my daughter's ear appointment so I had my daughter go somewhere else. I couldn't believe it when they billed me. My insurance said technically they can charge for a consultation so I paid the stupid co-pay but they're still billing me every month!!! I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Run while you can!!! The absolute worst practice I have ever come across! Texting as the only form of communication is the most unprofessional thing ever. The tone of this office staff is out of line. They HAVE to be related to the doctor because otherwise they'd be fired. A staff is a direct representation on a Dr so this tells us enough. Go back to your primary and ask for your referral to be redirected. That's what I did and if anything happens to my child from then till now I will be SUING this practice for their pathetic zero chance of scheduling an appointment and picking and choosing what messages they respond to. Cold, uncaring, cannot speak to a human voice, their phone number take you in circles, requested 3 dates for an appointment, they gave me a random date, twice without considering the request tool on their portal portal, then whenever I got a good date they canceled me less than 24 hrs notice because they didn't have all their requirements forms from my PCP. They expected me to request what they needed, that's their job, not mine, I uploaded the authorization for referral from my insurance, that's enough. Other doctors allow us to fill out our forms if we arrive 30 minutes early, they have so many forms in the portal it's easy to miss one. Not one form asked ME what My medical issue was! And to top it off the text that says I have an appointment fails to tell me it is a phone appointment. I learned that by looking up his website and it says all appointments are by phone and no one is allowed to walk into the office. It's locked and you have to text them. How do I know it's him calling me for my appointment? It could be a medical assistant,, and how's he going to assess my breathing and airway obstruction over a phone call? I'm an RN and I am filing a complaint with insurance, Regal, Medicare, and the Medical Review Board. read more

Never made it through the door. I have been trying to get an appointment since March and we are in July. They won't call, only communication is on text and they are bold enough to be rude on text. After I asked to speak to a manager several times they started texting me from a different number that didn't correlate with the office contact information. I looked the number up and it is a personal account. They said the manager tried to call me. I got one call from a blocked number and it rang once and they hung up before I could answer. Unfortunately I can't even say I was even seen by Dr. Feinberg. They have a horrible scheduling system though online portal. I am extremely busy and trying to schedule an appt by talking to someone over the phone and provided them with all info needed. Unfortunately it's not the case here, you have to send a message through the portal then next day someone sends you a message ask for a id and insurance card. They don't have a button to attach documents requested. after 3 messages back and fourth they send me a number to text my id and insurance card and I did felt sketchy and just unprofessional. I have also asked if they can call me because I don't have the time and to go back and fourth I did ask if they can't schedule me it's ok I will ask to be referred elsewhere, thinking wow we don't want to lose a potential patient but they did not care. Then the person in charge of responding back to message tried to belittle me and argue stated no one else has complained about the office or system apparently they don't read their Yelp reviews! I requested for them not to respond after I let them know I will be redirected and they still had the balls to respond. Oh and according to the staff I didn't comply with providing them with the info that they needed but in her response she stated she was going to file a grievance as well to my medical plan. I will not recommend Dr. Feinberg to anyone; he does not return phone calls or his staff and when he does, he charges for a procedure that never happened. His staff is rude never answers the phone when I just need to pay the bill for the services I never received. IF you go to the office, they will not answer the door, ask you to go away and send a text or they will call the police. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Had an appointment in the office a few days before they notified me via text and vm that it will be over the phone once again? Her first visit consultation was over the phone, i tried to call the office to verify, of course, but there was no answer! So, I got a text today, not a call, stating if I was going to make it in the office for my appointment. I replied back ive checked in already for the phone appointment. They stated its in the office that I was to check my email today to show me where the appointment was going to be and how. Im extremely upset, i sent them screenshots of notifications i received stating its over the phone. Course there response was short they canceled my daughters appointment. I stated to them that it was a fault of their own system. How are patients supposed to know it's going to change the day of to in office or phone? This is the worse throat doctor. They do not answer the phones. They are rude via text. Everything is done through online for you to upload ur medical records. (Very confusing). My experience with this office was very disappointing. I had previously gone with a different specialist, but was told He will be on vacation and his soonest availability was in late November. I did not think it would take me that long to see a specialist. After three referrals that do not accept my insurance I was finally landed with Dr. Feinberg. I received a text with a link to a portal to input my information which I did. I was given an appointment date and time. The day before my appointment, I was told that they did not receive a referral from my primary. I was at my primary office and was told the date and time when it was sent out to them they even sent a new referral and gave me a written referral to take with me just in case. Later in the day, I received a text confirmation for my appointment which I confirmed. In the text was a link to the address. The following day I show up to my appointment. The door was locked and was greeted by a door camera. Which was their form of checking in. I was then told that my appointment was an over the phone consultation. And that my primary was notified and that I was notified in the confirmation text. I let the lady know that I did not receive that information and I did receive the link to the address. I never got a phone call from the doctor so he probably forgot about our phone appointment. I left very disappointed. I called my previous specialist Dr Timothy Jung and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Very strange experience I will let my primary know to not refer anyone to this office. read more

By far the worst front office experience in my life. Apparently, the staff must think they are immune to professional patient care and services. DeeDee who states she is the office manager must only be accustomed to dealing with the morgue. People who are not able to respond to her absolute insanity. DeeDee if you do not like your job, find another preferably with non humans. Shame on you for placing your employer in this position (that is if this Doctor is even aware or cares about his reputation)! I would warn anyone DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. 00000 stars! I brought my son for a hearing test (1st visit). "Dee Dee" I suggest you go back to basics and clean up on your people skills. Your tone and manner of speaking to ME was unacceptable . You didn't greet my son or myself when you popped her head out of the door after my son knocked. Instead you looked at him as if you were bothered. YES! I read the sign! That's the 1st thing you asked me when I asked you about having no direction from anyone at this facility upon arrival. I called multiple times, but to not avail; no return call no answer. Your response when I asked if you answer your phones? "Yes; we answer our phones". Not an apology for the inconvenience. Just a rude abrupt response to my question. Then someone comes out asking for my ID and insurance card and proceeds to take my son with her. Yeah, no! Where is the explanation about what is going to happen, what to expect? Where is the common courtesy that should be extended to the parent of a minor that you are about to take in the back with you. I work in healthcare; I know how COVID has caused a change in patient care. But this was NOT patient care! This was hostility and I did not feel comfortable with you conducting the hearing test on my son after that. I asked for an explanation of what was going to happen. You (Dee Dee) came out, and looked at me again with that annoyed face. And when I asked you what's going to happen you answered with a sarcastic tone and said "he's getting a hearing test" and again looked at me like I'm the stupid one. I asked you to be more specific about the process and what would happen next? You continued to show that you were bothered. You took my son back with you and then sent him out with an appt card. You didn't come out, you once again didn't extend the courtesy. Instead you hid behind that door and sent my son out with an appt card. You're RUDE!!! The CT showed a nodule on my thyroid but I never heard back from the doctor and it's impossible to make an appointment. Now I'm having a hard time getting my insurance to refer me to another ent. Rude staff, unprofessional. Can't type a proper email. How are they still in business or why does the doctor put up with them???

I was told to check in 20 minutes before my appointment since I was a new patient, and that was by texting. I did that, I texted for over 30 minutes with no answer. When someone finally came out, she took one of the people that came after me, whose appointment time was after mine. When I brought it to the girls attention, I realized she was hearing impaired, and couldn't understand me. I pointed to my ear and asked for someone that could here, she pointed to a young man in the back of the office, I spoke loud enough for him to hear me, and he said he would let someone know. This lady comes flying out of the back, yelling at me to leave because I was being hostel. I told her I was not, I had just asked for someone hearing, so that I could explain the situation. She kept on yelling at me to get out, that they would not see me there, and I asked why, she said I was scaring the patients. She was the one making a huge scene out of nothing. I have severe vertigo and dizziness, that's why I was there, I also have an aneurism (among other things) that has not yet been treated, so this situation was not good for me. When I told her that, she had the audacity to say I wasn't sick, she made comments about my age, and my health and verbally attacked me to the point of causing a panic attack, the EMT's had to be called. I will be filing a police report, and reporting it to the insurance. She said she is one of the doctors there, I find it hard to believe that a medical professional would behave that way, so if she is, she needs her license revoked. read more

If you call you will automatically be placed on hold. The wait time on the phone will be a minimum of 30 minutes to about several hours. You will be referred to their website where you have to create a login and request an appt that way. When you do it that way, you will hear back from the office after about a week. You will never see this doctor in person and he will diagnose you without even seeing you or really hearing your chief complaint. This doctor relies solely on the radiologist's interpretation of unnecessary CTs and will request labs to be completed even if they were just done less than a week ago with your primary care doctor. I suspect this doctor is committing medical billing fraud. If your primary care doctor refers you to Dr. Feinberg ask for a different doctor. Save your time. Negative stars. read more

This so-called doctor did sinus surgery, and when I regained consciousness, one eye was experiencing intense pain. It was so bad I couldn't open either eye. This A-hole wouldn't return to recovery to see what was wrong, so the nurses had no choice but to wheel me down to the ER, and left me there to wait 2 hours in excruciating pain on a gurney in the hall. Turns out whoever prepped me for surgery applied tape over my eyes, then slathered the incision site in between my eyes with betadine. The tape wasn't applied properly, so the betadine left me with 98% chemical burned cornea. And he did NOTHING about it then or after. read more

Switch ENT's asap. I wish I would've read the reviews on him sooner. However I didn't even think to look them up until I found out that my son's surgery appointment for today (that I've been waiting months for) was never submitted to the insurance and therefore didn't and wasn't ever going to happen. The surgery center informed me when I called yesterday that he wasn't on the schedule. The dr still hasn't returned the messages that I left him. You can't call and leave him a voice message you will be rerouted to his website to leave it through his online portal. So I called the insurance company regarding the referral and they are the ones who informed me he never submitted the referral for surgery. Needless to say I am now waiting for a new referral to a new ENT. I'm disappointed that my son has gone another 3 months without being able to hear because of the fluid in his ears and that I still don't know how long he's going to wait before that can be addressed. My son is 3 and a half years old so needless to say his learning and comprehension is being seriously delayed because of his hearing impairment. If this is how everything was being handled (or not handled) I'm grateful to be going somewhere else where all of this will be a priority and the referral will actually be submitted and taken care of. So needless to say I would definitely recommend getting referred to another ENT before you lose important time and end up having to do that anyways. I did meet dr. FEINBERG one time and he was a nice man and very good with my son but that doesn't compensate for the time we've wasted for nothing in the end. read more

There are no surprises here. 38 review and two stars. Nearly all of them tell about being treated like crap by the staff. I just called for my first appointment. I have my referral and I have a decent PPO plan but I have to call them back, after I gather and make sure they have all my info - that my doctor insisted was already sent, two weeks ago. It seems Dr. Feinberg is much more important than his patients and he and his team can not be bothered - unless they get to name the terms. read more
