My experience with this office was excellent and quite surprising in that my hearing deficiency was associated with my job of 30+ years in the Fire Service consequently borne out of a Workers' Compensation claim. Anyone caught up in that system will know what frustration it wreaks. Nonetheless, coordination with my legal office and Sonus was straightforward and easy plus it was wonderful that they were already set up with the Workers' Comp MPN as an approved provider, wahoo! In today's insurance culture, whether private or public, it is fraught with administrative struggles with the public-based policies traditionally far more challenging. That being said, kudus to Jade Bradford, clinic manager and licensed audiologist who was superb. She presents with an earnest commitment to provide high level professional services with an empathetic approach of care and confidence and demeanor to get me the best hearing devices my claim could provide. Following initial evaluation and internal review, she was successful in obtaining an incredible high-quality rechargeable system by Starkey Technologies, costing over $9600, WAHOO! I couldn't have been more grateful that the insurance carrier linked to my claim approved this high-tech device without any copay, no doubt a bit of luck brought together all the elements for a truly optimal outcome. Also, while I understand that other clients are confronted with scheduling problems for numerous reasons, I enjoyed very smooth appointments as a retiree. The only issue I dealt with was the travel requirement which was over 30 miles from my home. In the end, the traveling was a breeze and well worth my time invested. Finally, the support staff provided by Amy and others were also stellar performers leaving me with the thanks and gratitude of being very well-served by Sonus Corona. I am writing in behalf of my mother , she is 85 years old and she is losing almost 90% of her audition. The insurance allow us to pick a location so I started calling some of the locations and we decided to go to Corona. The reason? The phone call for the appointment. Brandon is absolutely friendly, cordial and super helpful. The wait time was only 5 minutes. The rest of the team (Tania, Caitlin, Danielle) very charming, helpful and fun. My husband has gone to Sonus in Corona for at least 10 to 15 years...now that he is dealing with Parkinsons I have taken over his hearing care needs. Over the years Sonus has always taken care of our changing needs and working with them we have always received kind, courteous and quick turn around! We recently purchased a new set of hearing aids primarily because of the service...you can buy new hearing aids anywhere but you do not get the get the caliber of professionalism and service from anyone else. Jade has done a phenomenal job In Troubleshooting my father's very challenging hearing loss. His hearing aids have been extremely difficult to fit and we've been working for months to try and find the right hearing aids and fit for him. His aids are comfortable and easy to put in and it's so great that he can hear again without all the squealing and feedback from ill fitting hearing aids ! Caitlin Windsor is my angel. She was sent here to guide me down this path to deafness. As my hearing fails, she updates my hearing aids with her computer and guides me, with her experience. I've been seeing her for several years and she has always treated me more like a big brother than a customer. She always makes time for me and makes sure I understand whats happening to me. We are moving soon and one thing I know I will miss, and never be able to replace is Caitlin. I will miss her sincerely. read more

My appointment was at 10:45am and I was promptly seen after filling up paperwork. The staff starting with Tatiana at the front desk was upmost helpful and courteous in dealing with my checking in. The Corona office staff is kind and caring. Having a hearing loss is difficult most of the time it's frustrating that you can't hear someone talking to you.
