I had my VA hearing appointment today with Floyd E. Milner and had a great experience. He was…read moreextremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was that he went above and beyond what was required for my appointment. His job was to conduct my hearing test and provide the results to the VA, but he took the extra time to explain my results in detail, how my hearing has been decreasing, and some of the reasons why. He made sure I actually understood what was going on with my hearing instead of just completing the test and sending me on my way. As someone getting ready to retire from the military after 20 years of service, I really appreciated the extra time and effort he put into my appointment. I would definitely recommend Mr. Milner to other veterans, service members going through the VA or retirement process, or anyone having hearing problems.
