My grandmother was NPO (nothing by mouth) and they were delivering her trays of food with the wrong name on them. She went into some sort of shock because her BP was so low, went completely unrecognizable. Ended up back in the hospital and was completely normal the next day. They made excuses as to why she was having convulsions so we thought it was normal. Come to find out she could've died and she was left like that for days. She was only sent to this facility for physical therapy and to gain independence so she could come back home. She declined significantly in the last month. This caused a tremendous amount of hassle and I cannot take a chance on them again with the kind of professional work schedule that I have.
