My mother and I contacted Oasis about six months ago because she needed help with various…read moreactivities at home. The Oasis office staff interviewed us to find out our needs and to match caregiver personalities with my mother's. We immediately felt we could trust them. At first, there were two who weren't good matches, but within about two weeks, Oasis had set us up with three absolutely fantastic caregivers. They are kind, hard-working women, and enjoyable to be around, which is very important since they spend a lot of time with my mother. They help her with tasks around the house and are nearby to be sure she is safe as she goes about her activities. The day caregiver drives her to the grocery store, hair and nail salons, and various other appointments. They also help with baking, watch TV with her in the evening, and have interesting conversations. Overall, they have given her independence and have given the family peace of mind that someone is with her to look out for her health and safety.

It was the owner of the company that canceled it. It was his name on the email. I do not recommend this company. They obviously don't care about people that need help. They don't even feel you need an explanation as to why they canceled this company deserves every bad review that they receive.

Aside from Desert Regional Hospital in Palm Springs this is the second best hospital I have ever…read morebeen to!! So back in March of this year I actually was having a lot of bleeding discharge and I went to Kaiser Permanente which at the time was the closest hospital to me. I was in aggravating pain and didn't know what was going on and they took 7 hours to help me, which I understand it's a hospital. However when it was time to see me I was told that I had an ectopic pregnancy . I was on the IUD at the time so I was firstly so surprised, but apparently that's why I was having so much abdominal pain and blood discharge. So anyway the DOC said that he could remove the iud and that since he couldn't treat me because I wasn't a member what he could do was give me some pain medication and release me but recommended I follow up with my primary doctor. This was Friday night. I was released Saturday morning and that day was awful I continued to bleed heavily. I tried the pain meds but didn't work. I figured the kaiser doc would have kept me if my condition was life threatening so I took my pain meds and sucked up the pain. However Sunday night the pain was so excruciating that I couldn't even walk, so instead of going to kaiser because the doc said he couldn't keep me since I wasn't a member, I woke my husband he drove me to SB Community Hospital which was about a 25 min drive from our house in Fontana. BOY AM I GLAD WE WENT TO SB COMMUNITY HOSPITAL !! as soon as I got there I explained to the front nurse what had happened at kaiser and how I was feeling and she was SOOO KIND !! Not to mention I was taken in effective immediately after getting my vitals done and the doctor informed me that I was hemorrhaging inside and that had I waited one more day I WOULD HAVE DIED!!! I broke into tears as Kaiser Permanente released me and didn't really inform me that an ectopic pregnancy is life threatening. The doctor and nurses and front receptionist here in the SB community hospital were so amazing, they admitted me right away and literally ran every test possible to see if we could save the pregnancy, but I was informed that my left Fallopian tube was ruptured and that's what was causing the internal hemorrhaging. So they took me in for surgery and they had to terminate the pregnancy and remove my left Fallopian tube. I cried so much that day, in part because the Kaiser Doc failed to tell me my pregnancy would have to be terminated and also because their negligence could have costed me my life. Everyone talks so highly of kaiser but in reality that credit should go to hospitals such as the Community Hospital of San Bernardino. I owe them my life. In such a critical time in my life they were my heroes. My nurses were some of the best I have ever run into all 4 of them, the young girl at ER front desk was so kind and my doctor was brutally honest and yet caring he told it like it was and never once did I feel like he didn't care, on the contrary him telling me that it was my life or the babies was eye opening for me and my husband. We really wanted our baby but there was no way we could save the pregnancy at that point. I know it sounds harsh to state it that way but the doc was right, some women lose the ability to have more kids in these cases and on the bright side I would live and we could always make another baby even with just one Fallopian tube. Bottom line is he cared about me and saved my life. So I thank this hospital every day. Without them I wouldn't be here today. THANK YOU COMM HOSPITAL OF SAN BERNARDINO!!!

They hire anybody that just do what they are told and don't care about there patients. The nurses in the back were ok but was jus drugging here up with morphine and different types of nausea medicine. I already reported them to hr for how they were acting. I never come here to talk bad but they don't deserve to be in that position and need to do training again. ALSO I WAS LITERALLY TELLING THE LADY THAT MY GIRLFRIEND IS THROWING UP BROWN AND THATS NOT RIGHT AND SHE NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BUT THE LADY ROLLS HER EYES AND BRUSHES ME TO THE TREELODGE NURSE. NEVER AGAIN.
