They would take my call all hours of the day and night. Also thanks to Dr. Wilbert Tsai in Pomona he is the doctor that works with the Hospice he even came to see my mom the first day she was placed on hospice and when the staff tried to get a hold of him he always responded no matter the time. My mom passed away on March29, 2020 but I am thankful that we had them on our side

This review is much past due but well deserved, better late than never. My mom was on hospice for…read more(8) months with All Saints. I was her full time care giver, and without the help of All Saints, I would have lost my mind and not have made it through such a hard time. My Mother was very well taken care of. Several times a week Gloria would come and bathe her. My Mom enjoyed that time getting "pampered" and was always all smiles. As she slowly began to succumb to her Alzheimer's, the support of All Saints, especially Janelle her nurse (who always made her laugh) and Jean her social worker, were imperative to both my Mom and I. I didn't realize how much I would need their help in just listening and their understanding in my fears and sadness. They were always available to answer any and all questions. The morning of December 5th, 2018, I knew my Mom was passing. I called Janelle crying and hysterical, she came over right away. Her calm demeanor and kind words helped me process and prepare to say good-bye. After my beautiful Mother passed, I was offered so much support in the ways of phone calls and visits from Marissa and their Chaplin Patricia. Janelle came to my Mom's funeral and to this day has checked in on me. Of course I have my husband and our family to lean on, but you don't realize how much you rely on the support in the people of hospice. I am grateful my Mom had such good care in her final days. I am grateful I had such good care as well.... Thank you All Saints.

From the very beginning, their team of doctors, nurses, and office staff treated him with incredible compassion and professionalism - they didn't just see him as a patient, but as a person, remembering his preferences, stories, and needs. What truly set them apart was their unwavering availability (responding immediately to late-night concerns), seamless coordination, and genuine kindness that gave our family profound peace of mind during a difficult time. When my grandfather's health declined, they managed his care with such expertise and dignity that we could simply focus on being present with him rather than worrying about his medical needs. The level of personalized attention, from nurses who knew just how he liked his room arranged to doctors who took time to explain everything clearly, showed a rare commitment to whole-person care. For anyone seeking a healthcare provider that will treat your loved one like family while delivering outstanding medical support, Summer Breeze is truly in a class of their own - we will forever be grateful for the comfort, respect and exceptional care they provided to our grandfather in his most vulnerable moments.

First of all, losing a loved one is never easy by no means. My mother was a fighter. When she was…read morediagnosed with bladder and lung cancer a month ago, she didn't want to give in to hospice care and communicated her wishes to me regularly. Then the past 2 weeks of her life, she was diagnosed with fluid in her lungs (pneumonia) and septic infection. In the hospital, we continued antibiotics so she wasn't in pain, but her breathing was labored and her lungs were failing. The hospital was going to release her to a skilled facility but the doctors, nurses and family all agreed she had hours to live. I reached out to Goldberg hospice to be able to get her the pain medications right away, if it was even needed. I shared with the admin that my mom just had hours left. They had 24 hours from the time I signed paperwork to the time my mom arrived at the facility to have the medications in our hands, to GO OVER the care they were to administer, and ask what my moms wishes were (as stated they do on their website). My mom had asked for no more masks, so we stopped oxygen. We all said our goodbyes. Hospice and the skilled nursing admin were arguing over which Doctor would prescribe the meds. It felt they were arguing over our business instead of putting my moms interest first. I had to put my foot down and ask which one would be able to get the meds same day, and unfortunately it was the hospice doc. Hospice was late for their medication delivery, showing up at 9pm and did not communicate to me what they were about to do. (Now this was 32 hours after I signed the paperwork so they had ample time to get us meds and ask us my moms wishes) the nurse arrives and immediately gave my mother an albuterol treatment that allowed air to go through her airways. I had no time to stop her. I said "what are you doing??? You are saving her from the lung failure and she will have to do this all over again!!" This wasn't what my mom wanted. It extended my moms life by a few days which then she started to feel pain from the cancer eating away at her other organs. The hospice admin nurse even made a comment "I was surprised she made it the next day after seeing her" After 2 days of peaceful sleep from the breathing treatment my mother did not want (a complete 180 from when she left the hospital) , the nightmare began. My mother at this point couldn't communicate with me anymore. So it wasn't her lungs now that was going to fail and take her life like God intended. It was now the other organs failing and her body slowly decaying. So now I had to administer all the meds to make her "comfortable" so that her heart would stop. If you know my mother her heart was the strongest part of her body. So what should have been a low pain death (what my mom wanted) turned into a nightmare for her, myself and my sister. So she didn't pass for another 5 days, and ironically enough, her breathing again became labored and she went through the same fluid filled lungs experience as she did 5 days previously. We watched her squirm, grimace, seizure, even body decay in front of us until the last organ died, her heart... it was horrendous. How is this "comfort care"? To give a dying person oxygen relief only to add more pain and suffering until the very bitter end. In my world, this hospice team extended her life by a few days to collect the Medicare benefits only. I saw zero concern for my moms well-being or wishes for her end of life. They rarely came by to visit and check on my mom. They did absolutely nothing but cause pain and suffering for us all. I ended up canceling the service the day before she died. I pray to God they do not receive the benefits for the 6 months (which explains why they gave her the treatment without asking me) Do NOT call upon this company unless you want a nightmare ending to your loved ones life. Do your research first. I wish I had checked yelp first! It is a business ya know, I didn't think about that. And that's exactly how they treated us, as paying customers. Make sure the company you go with communicates what they will do before they do it... advocate for your loved one.
