Personal Care Transportation is located locally in Upland, CA, and are highly recommended! They helped me get safely home after a procedure I had with sedation at San Antonio Surgery Center. Most centers and hospitals will not let you use a Taxi or Uber for any procedure with sedation; you must use non-emergency Medical Transportation.
