That's why the outstanding service provided by Coast 2 Coast for my brother's recent X-ray appointment was so deeply appreciated. We were able to arrange transportation on very short notice. From the moment that Chad arrived, it was clear we were in exceptionally capable and caring hands. Chad is big and strong Tyet warm and personable, putting my brother at ease right away. He handled the process of transferring my brother from his wheelchair into the transport vehicle with great care and expertise, ensuring his comfort and safety at all times. Upon arriving at our destination, Chad took charge and provided any assistance needed to get my brother checked in efficiently. Chad waited with us so after the X-ray, so was able to promptly bring us back home. I am an 83 year old woman and my brother is 82, what could have been an arduous and painful experience was instead handled with compassion, efficiency and absolute expertise thanks to Coast 2 Coast. They do far more than what is required, are patient and my brother in law that was transported from Reno,Nv to Palm Desert, California loved them. So first of all I just wanted to say my son was in a terrible motorcycle accident and busted his pelvis,he was non weight bearing on both legs. We live upstairs in a two story apartment and could not find anybody to help us get him to appointments. The insurance company said they would only pay for wheelchair door to door service and what would not come up the stairs help me get him down mind you I'm a single mom. I was stuck and did not know what to do so I started searching the web. I found Coast to Coast through looking for a gurney transport services. They told us they would not only come up the stairs that they would help get him out of bed and do all the things that I needed. When they first came they literally took him out of bed into the wheelchair, carried him down my stairs and put him on the gurney. I was in tears to know that these people actually care enough to go above and beyond to help us. I would never go with another ambulance service! Their prices are great but the service they give is unmatchable. I am not good with my words but all I got to say is I would highly recommend calling these men, these angels, they are amazing caring and adorable. read more

What a delight! My daughter and I used Coast 2 Coast for the first time yesterday. Chad and Hugh have great big hearts, serving their community through this service. Chad was very helpful on the phone, setting up my appointment, and Hugh was charming and friendly as he drove us. Hugh was very accommodating in helping me get into the van with my walker. It felt more like we were driving with an old friend as Hugh acted as part tour guide because he learned we were new to Chino Hills. Coast 2 Coast saved the day! Mom fell & needed to go to hospital. Insurance company made us wait over the weekend to even send someone. When they got there they refused to take her to Emergency room for "liability reasons". They actually left her there in the living room. Coast 2 Coast was there in 20 minutes! Chad and his teammate were professional, kind, gentle with her, and so patient! ER was so crowded mom waited on the gurney for 3 hours before transfer to a bed. They waited patiently the whole time with no complaint (and no extra charge). Did I mention reasonable price? Under $400. read more

I used Coast 2 Coast today to take my mom from skilled nursing in Newport Beach to her doctor appointment in Irvine. Chad and Hue showed up promptly, assisting my mom from her room to their very clean van that is wheelchair accessible. When we got to her doctors in Irvine they assisted her to her appointment and waited patiently while we spent longer than expected with her doctor. I was so impressed with Coast 2 Coast Transportation. Chad was extremely helpful and patient. He and his wonderful partner picked up my friends from where they are in Assisted Living and took them to their townhouse to see what they wanted to take from the unit prior to the unit being sold. They were extremely kind and caring. They stayed with us for several hours before taking them back to the facility. They needed to help both the husband and the wife, and it was not problem for them at all. Their caregiver even rode along in the van with them.
