The last place offered over a month out... day of appointment went smoothly. Only a few papers to fill out, receptionist was really nice and welcoming! She greeted me with a smile that actually felt genuine and as soon as my paperwork was done I was called back. The Audiologist was really nice too he explained each step before I did it, and allowed me to relax a bit. I had my test and he went over the whole test and I was anxious because I was sure I was going to need hearing aids since my last visit several years ago i was on the borderline of needing one... my hearing hasn't changed, so I assume it is my tinnitus getting worse! He was very nice and explained that caffeine can cause tinnitus to get worse but I rarely drink caffeine so I'm not sure what is causing it! But the quality of care here was amazing!
