Vince facilitated several visits and even accompanied us to most. I did not feel pressured at all although we wanted to make a decision within a week. He was always available to answer questions and find out more if needed. He always got back with an answer quickly and attentive to detail. Due to a prior experience it was important to me that I did not leave my contact information at all these facilities. I did not want them calling me. Vince was very respectful of this request and let the facility know prior to my arrival. He seems to know the community and does a good job at staying in contact with sales agents. In the end with his assistance we found the right place! My mom is happy so far 3 weeks in and he is still in contact with us.
