Patty stayed in touch, was never pushy and always kind. In January of 2020, my father's condition worsened and my mom agreed to let us hire help. For the past 6 months, we have been very happy with Surety Home Care and the caregivers that come to my parents' house. Patty is easy to communicate with via phone/text/email. The caregivers write a daily report which I can view online to know how everything is going. Although my mom was hesitant for a long time to accept help, she now says she cannot survive without Surety caregivers. During this Covid19 time period, Surety has ensured that their staff and the families they work for are taken care of. Despite being the most vulnerable people in this scary pandemic, I have never felt that my parents safety or health was at risk. Surety has made sure that all possible safety precautions and cleanings are followed by their caregivers.
