Within one month of care being provided by CCH, she was back up walking and has never been happier. I believe if we did not have CCH she would still be in a wheelchair. Additionally, the caregivers call me once a week with updates on how she's doing and if she has any issues they are watching (I live 2 states away, so I cannot visit regularly). They also host special events each month at the facility. Lastly, they seem to have low turnover, which speaks volumes for management at CCH. I would HIGHLY recommend CCH.

Ulisses was great in reaching out by text initially to get the paperwork signed via email. After that they were working on getting her placed. Never got a call she was moved and went to visit her again only 2 days later and the hospital said she's gone. WTF no contact to let me know. Wasted my day off trying to locate her. Ulisses didn't respond, Amici didn't answer and random new nurse Cesar texts late afternoon saying he will see her tomorrow. Like where is she because lack of communication sucks when you have a parent passing away. Would I recommend Amici? No and hope to never deal with them again after this. I'm sure they'll get paid by ins. but dang keep the family in the loop when we're already stressed out. Thanks for making it worse. Yet I still don't have a room number. Ugh Amici Hospice please do better with your future clients family.

The previous Hospice was OK, but I wanted to compare. Inland Regional Hospice was one of the companies given to me. The owner himself came to my home with his assistant. He was very caring and very realistic. The staff from the receptionist to the social worker are amazing. My mom was in my home during her Hospice care and I was her caregiver. Sherene was her case manager nurse and was always available no matter what time of the day. I always looked forward to the Social Worker Shekinah visits as she always made me feel I needed to take care of myself. She always showed sincere concern of my mental and physical care. Comparing my experience with the first Hospice and Inland Regional, I'm so blessed to have Inland Regional with me when my Mom passed away.

I was her full time care giver, and without the help of All Saints, I would have lost my mind and not have made it through such a hard time. My Mother was very well taken care of. Several times a week Gloria would come and bathe her. My Mom enjoyed that time getting "pampered" and was always all smiles. As she slowly began to succumb to her Alzheimer's, the support of All Saints, especially Janelle her nurse (who always made her laugh) and Jean her social worker, were imperative to both my Mom and I. I didn't realize how much I would need their help in just listening and their understanding in my fears and sadness. They were always available to answer any and all questions. The morning of December 5th, 2018, I knew my Mom was passing. I called Janelle crying and hysterical, she came over right away. Her calm demeanor and kind words helped me process and prepare to say good-bye. After my beautiful Mother passed, I was offered so much support in the ways of phone calls and visits from Marissa and their Chaplin Patricia. Janelle came to my Mom's funeral and to this day has checked in on me. Of course I have my husband and our family to lean on, but you don't realize how much you rely on the support in the people of hospice. I am grateful my Mom had such good care in her final days.
