We never received ANY NOTICE the entire time we live there!! 2. No I STILL have not received my deposit until today!! And $450 for a small tiny area IS a rip off sorry. There's no excuse for that! AND Every landscaper I asked never even quoted me even half that much!! Try again. 3. "For the most part these were pretty good tenets". No..We were excellent tenants and you know that and you can go back and ask every landlord of EVERY place I've every place I've lived at and they said I was an amazing tenant and they all wish I could've stayed there! 4. The house was filthy, and my wife can vouch for that and I spent weeks scrubbing everything.
