For months, we have had to continuously pick up after there employee's after they leave there M.o. is to come here sit on the phone and eat there lunch for an hour and start stuff and leave things unfinished upon leaving. It's as if we are taking care of them. I really don't believe it's the clients job to pick up after the service provider, but this has been our experience. On top of that they have continuously broken and damaged our cabinets and,sink faucet things in the residence, and when addressed to the Manager Jennifer, she refused the responsibility of the repairs and said it wasn't their responsibility and was extremely rude and threatening to my father on the phone.There employees also cannot be trusted. One of there employees stole money out of my fathers wallet last Christmas. and several other items and recently several weeks ago one of the regular girls picked up a set of our house, car, and mail keys. Thank God for cameras. So now we have safety issues to be concerned about as well. I strongly encourage whoever is in the need of home health care to move on to the next provider. I'm 68 years old and I broke my hip playing tennis. The combination of the surgeon: Dr Eli Sayegh along with Dieu's personal care had me repaired and on the mend in a couple of weeks ! (Typically takes 6 months to a year for someone of my age to be in a similar stage) I can't say enough in regard to the care I received and would have NO HESITATION in recommending BOTH of these services. After a couple of weeks and calls PT came out and was not helpful. We requested a different PT who eventually came out and was fine. He said he would be out the following Monday- no show. Called the company and they said we were not even on his schedule! It's now over 6 weeks since brain surgery. We hired our own PT who is awesome and asked our doctor to schedule in facility PT. Stay away from this company, they are the worse!
