Our family could not be more grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and attention he has received. Before making this important decision, our family conducted extensive research. We called more than a dozen assisted living and memory care facilities and personally toured six different communities within approximately 15 miles of Corona. We carefully evaluated facilities ranging from large corporate-operated communities to smaller residential care homes. After all of our research and visits, we chose Ohana Assisted Living--and we are absolutely happy with our decision. Finding the right home for a loved one with dementia is one of the most difficult choices a family can make. From the moment my father arrived, the staff at Ohana made him feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. They treat him with dignity, patience, and kindness every day. The caregivers are attentive to his individual needs and have done an outstanding job managing the challenges associated with dementia while helping him maintain the highest possible quality of life. They communicate well with our family, keep us informed, and consistently demonstrate a level of professionalism and compassion that gives us tremendous peace of mind. What also sets Ohana apart is the owner and manager. In many facilities, management can feel removed from the day-to-day care of residents, but that has not been our experience at Ohana. The owner is every bit as caring, compassionate, and involved as the caregivers themselves. Her knowledge and expertise in dementia care are evident in everything from the way residents are cared for to the guidance and reassurance she provides to families. Knowing that someone with a strong dementia care background is overseeing the community gives us an additional level of confidence and comfort. Another thing we greatly appreciate is the effort Ohana makes to create a true sense of community and family. They celebrate residents' birthdays and major holidays throughout the year and often invite family members and friends to participate. These gatherings create meaningful moments for residents and their loved ones and help maintain important family connections. It is clear that Ohana understands that quality of life is about much more than just meeting physical needs--it is about creating joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging. What stands out most is that everyone at Ohana truly cares about the residents as people, not just patients. The environment feels warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. We have always felt that our father is treated as a member of their extended family rather than simply a resident. After nearly six months at Ohana, we remain extremely pleased with our choice and would make the same decision again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Ohana Excellence Assisted Living to any family seeking assisted living or memory care services for a loved one. Thank you to the entire Ohana team for the wonderful care and support you provide every day.

She saw a neuropsychologist and after extensive testing was eventually diagnosed with major neurocognitive disorder (dementia) related to multiple factors. Her facility did not have a memory care unit and my wife and I had previously discussed moving her closer to us in Riverside County. I also wanted mom to live in a facility with a smaller number of residents and higher staff ratios than her large facility. My neighbor's late husband had resided at ICC some years ago and she was always pleased with his care in their memory care unit. After researching and doing some homework, we contacted Luz Rodriguez in ICC's marketing office. We met with Luz , discussed all our concerns and questions about whether ICC would be a good fit for my mom. Luz was wonderful and reassuring. From our initial meeting with her in late June, we assembled the required paperwork and necessary forms. A nurse from ICC went down to my mom's then-facility and assessed her as appropriate for their memory care unit. We moved my mom in on July 17th and met the caregiving staff and nurse assigned to her cottage. House manager Bernetta, LVN Daniel and assistant manager Paulina were all so welcoming and accommodating. Luz also was available to assist on a Saturday, and stayed even though we arrived much later than planned. Nurse Hazzel has also been diligent in communicating with mom's primary care physician about any medication changes and adjustments. Mom has been there about two months now and we couldn't be more pleased. She needs assistance with just about all her activities of daily living and staff are very responsive to her needs. Mom is kept clean and dressed appropriately. She is again getting her hair done regularly and even has polish on her nails! Our communication with staff whenever issues arise is first-rate. My wife and I visit unannounced regularly and are always welcomed and treated with respect. There have been some rough spots and anxious moments for my mom, but these have been handled promptly and professionally. Mom is still adjusting and getting used to this new place, routine and faces, but we remain confident that ICC will continue to meet her needs going forward.

As her health needs increased, we could no longer provide the level of care she required. After exploring several options, Robert and Stephanie were referred to me by an agent, and I'm so grateful for that recommendation. The Villa Anne is a truly clean home and well‑maintained every time I visited. I was always greeted warmly by the two caregivers, and sometimes by Robert and/or Stephanie , the owners, as well. I felt the caregivers and the owners were attentive, compassionate, and very aware of each resident's needs. They also made a point to communicate with our family and accommodate anything my mother needed. Although my mother was only there for about four months before she passed, I felt the quality of care she received was excellent. She never once complained, and I appreciated the consistency and routine they provided each day. We also had hospice visiting almost daily, and they repeatedly complimented the home and the level of care being given. I am thankful for the peace of mind Villa Anne provided during such a difficult time. I highly recommend this home to any family seeking compassionate, high‑quality residential care for their loved one.

The home is located in a beautiful gated community in the hills overlooking Riverside. Bianca only accepts six (6) clients therefore can provide each resident with personalized care. Upon entering the home you will immediate notice how clean it looks and the fresh smell of a well maintained facility. The residents are up in chairs or ambulating, Bianca does not allow them to be isolated in their rooms. She has mostly private rooms but also a room that accommodates double occupancy. The home has a beautiful covered patio for residents to spend time outdoors if weather permits. Meals were served at a community table, so residents can interact during meals (once again avoiding isolation). The meals are prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients and presented to the residents as a family meal with the staff monitoring each residents dietary intake. Our mother was always well groomed, her hair washed/combed, nails (hands/feet) trimmed, clean. Her skin was well attended to without skin tears or pressure marks. Her clothing was fresh and changed daily. Her bedding was always clean and fresh (no malodor as you find in many facilities). Bianca has well trained, professional staff onsite 24/7. They were always polite, helpful and never made us feel that they did not have time to answer questions or attend to our request. Her staff is stable and did not notice any staff turnover. As our mother's health deteriorated Bianca helped us arrange Hospice Care. The hospice provider was always attentive and provided us with regular updates, so we always felt informed of her status. In the final days we were able to be with her as much as we desired with staff providing caring supportive attention. In summary if you are in need of a facility for your loved one it is hard to imagine finding a home that can provide higher quality, compassionate care than Bianca's Home Care. Every staff member knows my dad by name (as well as my mom and me!) and cares for him with such great respect and kindness.
