Went here today for the first time after living close for 4 years. My husband had half a Cuban and a cup of chicken noodle, I had half a French dip and a chicken Cesar, my daughter had half a ham. I was a little worried as they don't have a kids menu, that they wouldn't be kid friendly. However we were quickly proven wrong. They had crayons and coloring books available and half a sandwich was perfect. As soon as the food came out we realized we only needed half a sandwich to fill up as they're huge! Both the Cuban and French dip were amazing. I cant speak to the ham as my daughter only looked at it (she's two so this means nothing). I ended up taking my chicken Cesar to go for lunch. The prices are reasonable, we ended up paying $30 before tax, we had a lemonade as well. So overall it wasn't bad. We will be back the next time a sandwich sounds good. read more

First time here .. girl at the counter was friendly until she brought my friends coffee and was told it was supposed to be iced . This is when she "snapped" she threw the hot coffee in the garbage so hard I'm surprised it didn't bounce back out . She came back with the iced coffee and made change which she literally threw on the counter then voice dripping in sarcasm says " have a nice day ". Wow I will not be going back here , worst customer service ever!! read more

Have always drove past this place wanting to try it. On a Saturday afternoon we stopped in and had a sandwich and potato salad. With high hopes for this place it met most of our expectations. I would visit more frequently if they're in PierceCo Loyalty rewards....other local establishments are cropping up taking our Lyoness Loyalty Network card...we love loyalty merchants. Addictingly amazing food! We've gone two times this week, and it's so hard to pick a favorite! So far we've tried the French dip, Cuban, club, pastrami melt, and the chicken Caesar salad. Everything is fresh and utterly delicious! The Cuban and the Caesar salad are top notch. One Caesar salad is big enough to feed 2/3 people. This is our new favorite sandwich place! read more

I have gone here 3 times to get food for our office and warehouse staff, was going to be my go to for our company bi-weekly staff lunches, the first and second time we're great we thought the food was really good, the third time they were so rude I almost said forget it but needed to get the food ordered, and I chalked it up to maybe being busy but I just tried to order again for my 4th visit and again the girl was so rude I just said forget it, busy or not, I'm a new customer and did not deserve to be treated like that. Too bad we were pretty excited to have a place close to the warehouse. read more

went there today. ordered 1/2 sammy and soup. decided i wanted a coffee too. told the girl 2 time iced coffee. she comes back with a hot one. i said ohh i wanted iced. she threw the coffee in the trash can so hard i though the lid was gonna pop off and splatter her. instant attitude. the lady behind us looked at us like what the hell. then my friend paid for her (we were picking up four orders) we had paid for 3. my friend goes and the last one is and the girl cuts her off " soup and some sandwich." all snoty. ok now at this point this is crap because she made a coffee wrong, we have to deal with her attitude. she pretty much throws my friends change on the counter and says have a nice day dripping with attitude. ive been here before and the food is always good, but her nasty attitude from her own mistake was about too much. read more

Glad I found this place.......They have a great location next to the Cannery furniture store. In the morning I usually get a Latte and muffin or breakfast sandwich, along with, made to order sandwich for lunch (they make them any way you want one made) and they are delicious! I now hold regular office meetings here for 8-10 people once a week and they take excellent care of us all. Comfy chairs, polite & friendly help & awesome food. I highly recommend Rivers Edge Café! read more
